Nick posts goofy stuff on the TL by his own admission, so getting hung up on the randomness of the tweets proves nothing. Nobody is claiming that it is 100% confirmed to be him, but there are waaay more questions than answers up until this point.

Outright denial is literally his only real option so its not surprising it went down this way. With his revolving door of banned and deleted twitter accounts he'll always have some level of plausible deniability which is all he can rely on. The fact that so many of his catboys were following the account though and liking tweets like the one where Ethan likes a random "Hey" leads me to believe that its definitely Nick.

He's just lucky it happened on a twitter burner account and not his telegram or somewhere else where he wouldn't be able to deny it.
