I agree, any argument Ralph has about this being an ambush is thrown straight out the window after he told Cog to come find him. You don't get to entice someone on your property and then shoot them, even in the most castle doctrine of states and even if they commit a crime. Ralph told Cog to come find him, Cog called his bluff, Ralph started a confrontation and then Dan ended it. Thrice.

Gunt Guards saying Cog "threw the first punch" are being completely disingenuous. Ralph is clearly the agressor, clearly started the confrontation and violence. Ralph walks up to Cog aggressively with a hostile tone.

Not to say Cogs a saint in all this, I was one of the early posters about this as I was so god damned lucky to get to see it live. I was saying Cog was dumb from the start, and would feel it entirely warranted for him to get into minor legal troubles over it. Maybe if Ralph wasn't a spastic, narcissistic, exceptional individual, he would of come out of this looking like the better man. Maybe Cog and Dan would of stalked him until he was in a remote quiet area, beat him to the hospital again, and really deserved jail time. We'll never know, cause Ralph went off like a Chihuahua and gave Cog and Dan all the justification they needed to beat and embarrass Ralph and walk away Scot free.

It's Portugal. It's one of the popular holiday spots for British tourists who have a notoriously bad reputation of going out, getting drunk, kicking the cunt out of each other and then being told off by police and going home again. This was an INCREDIBLY low level fight and the fake that Ralph thinks this is such a major incident, shows that he really is a very fragile person who hasn't "proved he's a king" and super tough. He literally got pushed to the ground 4 times as he repeatedly tried to assault Cog's mate and got a few punches to the face. Police on a night out in Portugal probably wouldn't even fucking interfere in that low level if they saw it happen in the street

I only keep tabs on Ralph when he does something especially notable and stupid that gets featured, or if I'm bored enough to surf through all the lolcow comings and goings. And knowing how stupid people are who would even watch him unironically it honestly wouldn't surprise me if they were throwing their own children's child support money toward Ralph, like a big ole pyramid scheme of retards.

It is kinda funny though because there are vtubers who make $1k+ a day just being coomerbait. Maybe Ralph will decide to set the horse up with a vtuber avatar and voice changer and start his true descent.

Ralph has never made that kind of money, and never will. He had one six-figure year, before taxes, which can be attributed almost entirely to Jim's guest appearances. From this, Ralph concluded that he will always make that amount.

I mostly concur with the lawyers here, who were very charitable to Ralph's view. Lawyers are trained to look at a situation from all sides, and must often play "Devil's advocate" to expose weaknesses in their own position.

However, the recording pretty much speaks for itself. People who are neutral and unfamiliar with the parties will see Ralph starting a fight and continuing to fight, even though he is at all times on the losing end. There is no legitimate "other side" to it. People siding with Ralph need to understand: Ralph is not allowed to attack people physically just because they're following him or IRL trolling him. Ralph acted like Trayvon Martin, and he got ZimZammed.

Police are pro-arrest for foreign nationals because if they do not arrest you at that time, you can leave the country and they cannot follow up with you. Especially when it's a non-EU member state you're heading to. The police also REALLY don't think you got a bleed on the brain. Police actually deal with shit like head trauma. They aren't assuming you have a fucking bleed on the brain because you scratched your chin lol

I highly doubt they're going to anything besides just file a report because he left the hospital because he didn't want to wait longer for CT Scan and it was just a street brawl. I imagine Portugal Police dealt worse with Soccer fans plus on top of that he's Tourist unless it deadly they ain't wasting time or resources.

I can see feeling bad about how he became the way he is. I'm willing to bet his childhood sucked, but he's had decades to become a man. Instead he chose to treat his mom like shit, lust after underage girls, and consoom every substance he could get his hands on. I can see how he's pathetic and pitiable, but he's choosing this. I believe he's leaning into it purposefully because it's the only way to continue being the best in the sektur and make $1000 a day.

I know. Ralph is a total dirtbag, and basically everything you said is accurate. He does it to himself. And I'm sure he's convinced himself that it's better to be a villain than a nobody, so he doubles down, plays into it, and refuses to take responsibility.

It's pathetic and I do pity him in that way. But he does it to himself. He could've walked away from that fight, but instead he started it and basically gave Cog and his friend a free license to beat him up. It was really, really stupid.

But I can't help but to put myself in his shoes in that moment and empathize with him. There's something about seeing someone rendered into total helplessness like that... idk.

Cog and Dan are back in the UK. It is literally over. Case closed.
There was a 1% chance Ralph might have been able to get the cops to do something while they where in country, but now they are not there is a 0% chance. Because they can't.

Ralph is just wasting his time with the cops now and he is to dumb to understand that. Him running to the popo constantly just makes him look like even more of a bitch.
