Whoever goes to jail will probably depend on the disposition of the cops more than anything. It's obvious these clowns showed up to get in a fight and got in one, even if Ralph threw the first punch (assuming one was not thrown before the video). I'm not going to assume anything, though. Something becoming even a minor news story could get a cop riled if he thinks it's reflecting badly on his country.

That said I really think it's more likely they look at this, decide it's just a common spat, and don't bother.

Well, that's why you feel bad. Nah, nobody is going to jail for this, not even a possibility. A fine is the most that can happen for this.
Jail or incarceration is very last resort-y, it's more likely to just get fined or get house arrest. In this case there might not even be a need for compensation, but as described in my previous post, it's highly unlikely and cumbersome to even try to move the legal gears for something this small. We don't roll that way.

EDIT: For clarification, the fine is more likely to be for "civil unrest" than for actual aggression. So it's in the ballpark of a few hundred euros. If Ralph can demonstrate serious injury was caused by the attack he might be entitled to compensation if he makes a good case. (Which is by the way exceedingly difficult to prove. Here doctors assume you are bullshitting until proven right and even then there will be regular checks to make sure)
But all that is a moot point because both parties will be out of here by the time it's its turn. The case will be just dropped if there's no one to testify (if there is a case to begin with. Once Ralph realizes the process is nothing like in the US, he'll probably drop it because it's just not worth it just to mend his ego. It'd be way more expensive for him to stay, and since the other guys left the country, there's already no case)

For anyone who needs to be told no, most all bar fights and street scuffles in the US do not end in anyone going down for assault charges. It is incredibly rare for anyone in a city to suffer any real consequences for having a 10 second fight with another fat moron. At the very most you might spend a night in the drunk tank, get community service or something and even that is rare. Why King of Pol, a man who has never been in the same room as a fist fight is giving hot takes is beyond me.
