Was an obvious joke due. Ralph's livestreams basically never get any money. If you watch one of his normal livestreams, there are no comments, no donations. It's just awkward silence for hours. It's Portugal. It's one of the popular holiday spots for British tourists who have a notoriously bad reputation of going out, getting drunk, kicking the cunt out of each other and then being told off by police and going home again. This was an INCREDIBLY low level fight and the fake that Ralph thinks this is such a major incident, shows that he really is a very fragile person who hasn't "proved he's a king" and super tough. He literally got pushed to the ground 4 times as he repeatedly tried to assault Cog's mate and got a few punches to the face. Police on a night out in Portugal probably wouldn't even fucking interfere in that low level if they saw it happen in the street

I'm from around and I've seen messier brawls when I was in school, and the police doesn't even give a fuck unless someone is sent to the hospital or it's something like five guys ganging on someone or it involves actual weapons like clubs or knives. If nobody is injured seriously (as in having to leave by ambulance) or it's a man beating on a woman that usually ends there and then.
I'm not saying this is a place where street fighters are all around the corner, you might see one or two after you are out of mid/high school. Just saying it's a nothingburger and Ralph doesn't have much of a case, specially when those cases can take like two months to get to a trial, and with that in mind:
A) He's leaving Portugal and Europe in a few days, he might need to stay until it's all done, which is an expense.
B) The other party has already left the country.
C) There might be a need for an interpreter since neither of the parties speak Portuguese, which might cause an extra delay or be put in low priority.
D) All that might just end in a fine (as in, the city charging them money, not them having to pay Ralph) and that's it. I've never heard of anyone going to prison over a standard fistfight like this. This is mid school tier brawling even with all the blood.

So yeah, it's not even worth going through with it. Better take the L than wait X months (spending money) for some brits to get fined.
