I didn't say physical assault. There are more than one types of assault. In assault and battery the battery is the physical aspect and assault is somewhat different. One way to describe him is calling him a renegade, or maybe even a degenerate. Cog did what dozens (if not hundreds) of people burnt by Ralph have wanted to do: bust him in his fucking mouth. Ralph earned every punch. One punch for Matthew Vickers. One punch for Jade. One punch for Rekeita. One punch for dumb 'ole Gator. And so on. Cog just happened to be the delivery man. If Ralph doesn't wise up (and he won't), he's got more coming. Andrew Branca is an expert when it comes to legal analysis of self-defence, retard, and even the extremely simple thing he said has evidently gone completely over your head. He was talking about the instigation of the fight--that potentially the history between the people involved in the video could make it so that Ralph coming up to someone being verbally aggressive and trying to physically impose himself on their personal space could be perceived as a threat you can justifiably respond to, thus creating a situation where you haven't actually been assaulted yet but you would be reasonably entitled to respond with force.

He's judging by the standard of US law because that's what he knows. The standard is reasonable fear of imminent bodily harm or death. You don't need to wait for a guy walking up to you with a knife to maim you before you can cripple or kill him first. His point was history can be an aggravating factor and even topped it off with it looks potentially more like mutual combat to him than self-defence. Don't spout off about shit you're too worked up and stupid to understand.

I think USA is really unique in a way when it comes to camera harassment. I am pretty sure most countries in europe don't allow you to stalk people with a camera just because they are in public.

It's not stalking, which is behaviour which is fixated, obsessive, unwanted and repetitive. This meets none of the requirements.

Is it harassment? Well, it would of been had Ralph not asked them to come and find him. How can he argue it was unwanted behaviour when he wanted it...

I am asking un-ironically, could this be responsible for some of his more bizarre behaviour. He seems to be so much worse and petty than he used to be. I realise that he has a case of recto-cranial inversion, as well as many unresolved personality issues, but as stated he does seem to be completely out to lunch on occasion.

I would not rule it out, but I do not think it is necessary to explain the behaviour we have seen since the Portuguese beat down earlier in the year.

He has always been like this, the difference is that he used to have people he deemed to be friends online. He wasn't constantly being fucked with, he had positive affirmations. With these gone you've got a paranoid, hostile idiot who is constantly spiraling. He used to be able to pretend he was friends with Gym, he had Gator and others too. Now he has Fuentes, but they don't actually like one another - total alliance of convenience. This is why he's gotten worse.

Finally, Ralph comes across to me as like a stricken animal. Its like a dog freaking out because of fireworks or a hoover - it doesn't like what's happening, but cannot understand the cause. In his case, it's because he cannot fathom that maybe - just maybe - his own behaviour is causing all of this.
