I’ve often wondered what would happen if he just said, “I’m not going to mention money at all for a month.” Mention the member goal you’re building to once at the start of the screen, have OBS auto tally the tips and superchats, and give your shoutouts at the breaks in his recordings all at once like most streamers. That’s really the only way that he will ever actually grow his fan base “organically”, but is he too far gone and needs to guilt trip OIC and the gang?

It would hurt him. Phil probably gets a larger percentage of money proportional to his viewer size than maybe any other streamer.

There is also another thing to consider. Phil does not watch movies or tv to talk about. He doesn't watch WWE anymore. The only thing he can talk about outside of stream about his life is his day off errands because he has no real new stories to tell. Phil must stream 8 hours a day and the only real topics of discussion he has left are tips/channel growth, the trolls, shitting on other content creators under the guise that he is just an average guy, and his past.

Who the hell needs hundreds of dollars a day for "day to day stuff"?..

Addicts, of anything; it doesn't matter what: Drugs, food... gacha... I suppose you could be a porn addict on the cheap but the addiction would eventually progress to the point where you'd need to pay for a bunch of Only Fans or something.

As an example, it was recently calculated that the two biggest gorls on this site spend 2-300$ a day on food. Of course, that includes a lot of delivery but also a lot of food for food addicts. An amount most people could make last a month.
