Looks like the same hand to me, based on the light fuzzy reddish-blonde hair on the wrists. I honestly don't think that this is Mr Vickers hand and she doesn't have older brothers, I think she is the oldest and all her brothers are still kids. The story with the boyfriend is that he was her long-time simp/orbiter and childhood friend whom she only gave a chance after she got gunted. It honestly checks out to me. There are plenty of men out there who are down bad enough to date single mothers, especially if they have history. The eldest brother is like 16 or maybe 17 now. More than old enough have gone through puberty and be bigger than Faith. That wrist is way fatter in the 2nd pic. The hair and hands do look overall similar which is why I think they're related.

I don't think it looks fatter, in the second picture the hand is just held at an angle and you can't even see where his wrist ends so you can't really determine how fat it is to begin with. I don't know why it's so hard for people to believe that Faith has a boyfriend. Chantal has a boyfriend. Amy Slaton got married.
