Person who knows absolutely nothing of the logistic of infrastructure or geography has no idea of how water is distributed color me surprised.
She probably thinks that potable water just comes out of a magic hole in the ground or that purifying water for entire states is a simple governmental project that can be done with just a million dollars, it's always people like this that have no sense of scale or money that say shit like:

This is a weak point, 'potable' is not a unique or unfamiliar word.
But I agree overall that her wording makes her come across as someone very dense and unaware. Using 'I am confused' for a serious infrastructural issue deeply rooted in various social problems in the USA feels tacky and childish.

Let's bash our heads into a brick wall as we look at the return of Sun Drop to the Owel Server. Results: About exactly what you expect.
Yep, according to a mole, Sun Drop apparently rejoined the Owel Server. I haven't the foggiest reason as to why. Here, you'll see the logs of what happened, spoilered to conserve space. Before I let y'all get into these logs, first I wanna note some of the changes to the way they look. I've given some of my moles some tools that should help make these logs easier to read and keep track of from now on. With this, they can now give users nicknames, which only exist on the client side's device, and does not exist on the server side nor appears for any other user. as such, I had given them a list of names and we worked together to attach those names to different accounts. took a bit longer than I'd have liked, but what can you do? All moles with these tools will have the same names listed unless they decide to pull some funny jokes, not all moles have these tools yet due to various reasons. Since the nicknames are client side, and fully controlled by those moles, I can not control it if they change the nicknames. Why go through all this, some might ask, which is a fair question to ask. Sometimes someone might find something of note while a RP event is occurring. During these RP events, any member of the server involved will often have their pfp and server name changed to be the character they are RPing as. So this nickname tool will make it significantly easier to keep track of who is who whenever such a situation happens. Ash is also very fond of changing their username and pfp in the server often, so this will also make that far easier to keep track of.
the first part of the logs, Sun Drop's first message in the server again, is posted above. the rest seen in the spoiler is what followed. this happened in the introductions channel of the Owel server.
So it seems that Sun Drop had tried to work through some stuff and felt it was an appropriate time to try to rejoin. Putting aside my personal opinions on joining the floraverse discords, I doubt Sun Drop had fully moved on and changed enough in the amount of time that has passed. Change takes a lot of time, even recognizing that something is wrong and needs to be changed can take years. I don't want to powerlevel or whatever too much, but I know what change takes and requires through my own personal experience with it. Regardless, Sun Drop felt it was time to try to rejoin again. The last two screen shots show the exact time stamp of the last message Sun Drop made in that channel, with the last screen shot showing the exact date and time of the last message Sun Drop sent in the server. Sun Drop is no longer in the server, as seen by the orange ! in the last screen shot.
I do find it funny how Ash tries to use the fact I brought up how absolutely terrible Ash and Ana treated Sun Drop previously as a weapon against me, but I'm genuinely saddened by the fact that it was also used to guilt trip Sun Drop, and even more so that it seemed to have worked. Sun Drop probably has issues, anyone involved in Floraverse does, just as anyone here on KF does, but its clear that Ash and their cohorts genuinely don't give a fuck about what Sun Drop deals with. The only thing that matters is how Ash feels. I don't remember who said it about the server or where, but it’s true. They way people talk and interact there is specifically tailored to cause as much "hurt" as possible while insulating theirself from "hurt." You can see that in everything Ash says. They don’t take blame, they just say how they were "hurt" and use that like a knife, stabbing them while their guard is down and they aren't looking. Or in a less poetic way, guilt tripping.
Ash also knows I have a mole. But Ash, I don't. I don't have a mole. Not asingular one. I've made friends, Ash. All because you name dropped me. So I have to thank you, truly I do, because without you, I wouldn’t have had so many people come to me wanting to make sure I'm doing alright, with stories to tell, or with logs to leak. To be honest, I was probably going to leave things be after I got kicked, maybe make a bit of a stink, but just leave it from there. However, you did the single dumbest thing you could have ever possibly done in this situation and dropped my name here. Sleep tight, Ash, because although I might not be in your walls, my friends are. And I'm looking to cozy up to some other people; ones who take a particular interest in people like you. And I know a few of them already know your name and have an interest in you as a subject. ; )

As much as I appreciate context, you really don't have to do the anime villain monologue every other post. I understand you've still got ears in the servers, but you can stop acting like you're still there and... type like a normal person.
People get kicked quickly, if they don't have the "vibe" or whatever. plus there are some channels that are not easily accessible, requiring some major trust and roles. So they who have access to those are moles. Plus, I don't really see anyone else posting this stuff.

But those words made them feel uncomfy!!! Why won’t anyone take Ash’s feefees into account?? Seriously, everything they said when Sun Drop rejoined oozed manipulation. The words were practically dripping with manipulation, and it unfortunately looks to have worked. Ash genuinely only cares about how others feels so far as how they can use that to manipulate them.
