around the time Chris was born, there was a fertility clinic in VA where the Doctor (Cecil Jacobson) who ran it used his semen in place of an anonymous donor/father, did Borb go to this clinic if Chris was not a surprise pregnancy?

From the recounts of the Catherine Saga and Chris driving the wrong way on a one-way street that is more than likely a reality.
 
What if Chris got taken by child services? I'm pretty sure he's still eligible if you consider his mental age.

What if Chris was finally locked up in the asylum where he belongs for the rest of his unnatural life, Barb was put in a nursing home to spend her remaining years, all the pets were taken to a kennel and were later adopted by more responsible people, and the landfill at 14BC was condemned by the state and left to rot until it became locally known as a "Michael Myers" type of house.
