When Gura mentioned wrestling before in her streams, you could easily see that she is a casual, so I doubt she knows anything at all.
Sad times.

I think Maimoto Keisuke from Niji JP is the most open about being a wrestling fan, considering his stream intro is a cappella rendition of Tetsuya Naito's entrance theme.

I really can't grasp their beauty standards. Plastic pale skin and giant eyes is offputting and creepy. Korone's roommate actually looked quite cuter without the filters than with them. Actually didn't think Mikeneko looked too bad if she didn't look so dead inside, better than horror animation filtermaxed Mikeneko.
They are a nation submitted with Peter Pan syndrome, where one comes of age and beyond after 21. Mass depression and midlife occur either in the interim or during their early 30s. Japan's ideal man isn't athletic or muscular, but fairy and twinky with boyish attributes. I wish we had the 3D tech to scan the inside thoughts of a japanese woman, just so we could visualize how fucked up they all are.

It's not a regular lolcow thread, it's in the off-topic multimedia subforum. Even in regular, popular threads people will make a ton of posts just making jokes and discussing tangents. It still is on Kiwifarms and trying to curtail how people post here because "it's too much for me!" is gay.

Again, you're not required to read every post. You can skim. You can skip a few. You can even ask, "Hey, I don't feel like reading ten pages of autism, can someone sum up what happened?"
I didn't read those post, I skimmed them. I had to skim literally more then a hundred of those. If everybody says that hundreds of live comments crossed a line maybe suck it up and stop being a lil shit about it.
Also never ask recaps or to be spoonfed something, that's degen behavior.

to me the weirdest thing is that they liberally use heavy filtered photos next to natural ones in their IG or twitter accounts. If you are not trying to "catfish" your followers they why use those hevay filters at all?

Was just coming to post this!
YABAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII Shrine maidens are meant to be pure, not degenerates like the rest of us! :'(
She is better than pure... she's ELITE.
Once more my heart is split between Gura and Jim (:_(
Wait, that's today?
*looks at calendar* FUCK!
Minor wrestling trivia time, Michael Buffer actually trademarked that ever quotable phrase "Let's Get Ready To Rumble" and the fucker has a reputation for trying to sue sporting events for using it. He even had a brief run in WCW, doing the announcing duties for main events prior to it's foreclosure in 2001. Bonus Scott Steiner autism included.

Curious if Gawr is even aware or maybe deep down, she's always been with the NWO?
I'm guessing she'll let us know. If her dad is redneck enough for Nascar, she might have sat through at least a couple of WCW shows.
8 player matches only recently got added a few years back, despite the prevalence of them in modern wrestling. 2K blamed Yukes and THQ for the lack of inclusion, but we'll not get into a heated debate about the games dev history!

While the "Royal Rumble" does technically contain a max of 30 competitors, you will still be hard-cap at 8 wrestlers in the ring until someone is eliminated. I am not sure if 2K22 provides the ability to assign yourself to a random CPU after an elimination or if that is merely a last-gen perk. In turn, you cannot actually play the Royal Rumble online. However there is a workaround to this, least for Steam and PS4/5 via the remote play/share functions. You'd still be locked to eight players mind.
I haven't played a rumble in 2k22 yet, but a 4-way tag team match would be an even better car crash that could focus on just the EN girls.

I want them to do a Money in the Bank match. Mini-games in the middle of an already chaotic match-type? The perfect level of anger
Money In The Bank and TLC are always the most entertaining match types in these games. I love seeing the game fall the fuck apart and ladders launch out of the ring, and I love seeing a table explode when someone walks into it gently.

If Chloe is the Gura of HoloJP (in terms of growth) then Salome is the Gura of NijiJP.

I mean look at this. Debut was 4 days ago and she's already at 500k.

Her name tempted people to bring her to 1 Million Subs as soon as possible.
Just...what are all those characters supposed to mean? I recognize what the "ten" character means (heaven), and I know each character up until "bara" can stand for its own word (or concept), but...I just don't get it.

I wonder if Gura's dad or brother were into wrestling at all, she's talked before about how her dad was into stuff like NASCAR.
She knows about Hulk Hogan's "Brother" bit, so she has at least a little familiarity.
I'm guessing she'll let us know. If her dad is redneck enough for Nascar, she might have sat through at least a couple of WCW shows.
She would have been 3 or 4 when WCW went out of business, so I doubt she'd remember much.

It's multiple plays on words.

Here's the breakdown:
壱 : Ichi, meaning 'one'. This kanji is silent in her name, unless there's a hidden law to Japanese grammar I've never encountered before.
百 : Hyaku, meaning 'hundred'.
満 : Man, pronounced the same as 万 (Man), meaning 'Ten thousand'. Translates to 'Full' or being complete when counting.
天 : Ten, pronounced the same as 点 (Ten), meaning 'Point' in terms of scoring. As a small stretch, it sounds similar to 千 (Sen), meaning 'Thousand'.
原 : Bara, pronounced the same as バラ (Bara), meaning Rose due to her regal aesthetic.

百万 (Hyakuman) = 1,000,000.
満点 (Manten) = Full-score. 100/100pts.

Her intro is 'Ichi, Juu, Hyaku, Sen, Manten Salome!' or 'One, Ten, Hundred, Thousand, Perfect-score Salome!'

Literally a GX characters bit.

Elite shrine commentator on the ways of wrestling!

@moments fade pain remains I actually didn't know that. Miko knows how to get the male clientele, and eventually become the number one shrine maiden worshipped by mortal man. Getting the homoerotic and high testosterone ones with wrestling commentating is just the first phase in world domination! Next phase will be car discussion and gearhead content.
