It seems LegalBytes has a new Super Chat policy that I am sure has nothing to do with what has been happening
LB Superchat policy.jpg

She seems to have learned nothing from all of this. It will be interesting when she starts turning on the other people too. She is getting a lot of heat from her fans over Kurt's behavior so watch him get kicked to the side too.

I find it strange that I run into people IRL who don't know anything of sargoy from his gamergate days and enjoy his content. They look at me like I'm insane when I tell them he used to claim he was black. To do this day I don't know what kind of witchcraft he pulled to fix his image.
Had that been debunked or what I can see him being an 1/8 black octoroons look basically white

Questionably policy IMO. Why would you start to put conditions on the people literaly throwing money at you. This tied with the views inevitably dropping after the trial makes me wonder what kind of long term plan shes got here. This is not the art of the grift.

Maybe she learned a little. A big criticism of hers was she was barely acknowledging the Super Chats but will have to see when some of those tough super chats come in.

He walked the claim back latter himself. Not sure if he really explained it much. Seems his fix all is just stop talking about it and move on to the next thing.
Isn't that the solution for any lolcow, though?

If someone does something embarrassing, that doesn't make them a lolcow. It's only when they start sperging out about it on the internet that they become cow material.

If Nick had pulled a Jack Murphy when someone unearthed his blackface picture he'd 100% be a cow.

All that is bullshit for "we will only read the ones we want." She should just be upfront like Viva and Barnes are. Also gets her off the hook for doing catch up streams. As for disabling superchats.... I persoanlly think that they should be disabled during catch up streams and re-enabled after the backlog is cleared. Obviously this goes against the grift so i don't fault Nick or anyone else for not doing so.

The 10k already unsubbed, superchat, and guest changes will allow her to cut out the unbreaded, unruly, further to the right, openly degenerate elements of her audience and focus on the polite centrists and simps. At least some of the Depp v. Heard viewers will stick around and that's good enough.

Yes, start not reading superchats because they aren't "relevant to the discussion." That won't turn people off at all.

Also, noticed Hoeg was on that stream. Simping hard.

I saw a lot of that on reddit, also wanting Joe booted because he's the MAGA guy! lol.

Seriously, their sperging is pretty hilarious.
There was a point in the Saturday stream where Nick talked to Kurt in the chat about "talking later about this drama", so maybe Nick wants to see how far the rabbit hole is or could be about them, reddit/audience, wanting to cancel Kurt.

As soon as you let the internet know that something gets under your skin, there's always going to be someone who will use that to torment you endlessly with it. It's best not to engage in any kind of behavior that will draw the ire of the internet, or especially your fanbase, but when you do, getting worked up about it is just going to draw out the detractors and the trolls.

I'm apparently behind on this, but what the hell did Kurt do? From the other comments I gather it was something he said on one of the other streams, but I almost never watch those. The fact that a group of grown adult lawyers are acting like high schoolers shows that Nick is right to stay as far away from this as possible. I wonder how long it will be until someone gets ass-mad enough over something to threaten a lawsuit.
