It's more about the psychological effects of being compared to her sister. Not whether she's ugly in general. She's not.

I don't think there's been any repositioning of joints (thank goodness). It looks to me like a straight-forward addition of mass to the iliac crest, and ironically this procedure only made his hips and pelvic area look more masculine, not less. Male hips are box-shaped, while female hips are trapezoid-shaped, and by enhancing the iliac crest they made the boxiness more prominent. Utter madness, and counterproductive to his goals.

Exactly, the design of that hip procedure is such a good example of how pornbrained AGPs misunderstand the female body (and then surgeons cater to their delusions). AGPs think that widening their hips superficially just below the waist will give them the beloved hourglass shape that sets off the right coom neurons in their brain. They cannot conceive of the female body being like, holistically different than the male one, and more importantly, they don't pay attention to the parts of female anatomy that don't make them coom.

So they don't realize how much say, the q-angle matters. Plenty of women don't even have an hourglass shape, and some really don't have a defined waist at all. The internet is full of style guides for emphasizing a waist when you don't have much of one:



'Rectangle body type' women still categorically look like women, though, because of their entire structure, including that q angle.



Whereas (as you pointed out) dudes like Autogynephile Midlife Crisis end up with hips that flare out and then go straight down, so the bottom half of their body just looks like a fridge.

I have been wondering for a while why there is such an abundance of abnormally tiny TIFs. They can't all have been puberty blocked as kids and had their height stunted that route, especially when they specify in their bios or whatever that they began to "question their gender" in high school. There are some exceptions, of course, but the vast majority of girls have reached their final adult height at 16, and quite a few already reach it much earlier at 14.

I think it’s possible that very tiny girls and women just kind of feel more powerlessness, fear, and objectification in society. Even though it’s kind of a logical leap to think that “changing your gender” could alleviate this issue, if you think about it in a very stunted and childish way I can understand how becoming a “man” might help them feel more agency.
Imagine a child feeling like they have no ability to control their lives, but all the big people seem to have control. If you don’t know that you will eventually be one of those big people you might be inclined to think “Ah, I need to be bigger too. Maybe I can figure out a way to become a big person and then I will be happy.”

It’s just detached from reality and really really profoundly sad.

The people over on r/phallo and wherever else she frequents may say comforting things, but comfort is fleeting. What she needs to hear is the truth. Some of these people on r/phallo do have ‘good’ intentions… but those intentions involve encouraging her to go further down this path of mutilation. They may genuinely be good people who think at the end of this surgery process ED will have a nice looking “dick”. Sorry to say but they have no idea what they are talking about and she is nothing more than her surgeon’s guinea pig.
