I can't find the link to the google doc with Phil's tips. Is he actually making less money or has his mobile game spending just increased?

He's making less money than last year but still is around $10,000/month in total income, last year it was an average of $12,000/month (per our Kiwi income trackers). It's up to you to decide if a man, a horse and a cat can live on $120,000 a year without constant begging for shekels. He was begging for money when making more than he is now, so most likely is his cost-of-living has increased (like most of us), his income has slightly decreased, and his gacha/alcohol/Door Dash spending has remained the same, because that's the last thing he would cut.

The housing market will only crash after DSP sells.

Given he claims his offer was over a year old, things could have been different but I remember streamers I watched in the past said the same thing where they just gave them some absurd number to see if they accepted it or not.

Most homes require some fixes/repairs before being sell-ready. This can be as simple as repainting the walls, fixing that lose handle, replacing carpet, etc. I imagine Phil will need to spend about $20,000 to make his place sell-ready. Or he can sell it for like $40,000 below market

I called bullshit from the BEGinning. The RAID ads go in the start of an edited video. If they take one look at his channel, they can see he doesnt edit and it probably would not fit anyway.

Other side of the coin though is that RAID will send emails to pretty much anyone. I stream with an average of 3-5 viewers and got an email from them asking to put a link in my channel for money. I'd say that the gacha, DoorDash and Total Wine are just the three things that are currently the most front-facing when it comes to his spending addiction. That's why I also don't think that his gambling addiction is his "main" addiction but just a symptom of his spending addiction. Like how @Funko Pops NFT collector said he would often by mistake buy movies that he already owned. He doesn't even care about consooming at the end of the day, just hoarding and spending. All the things you've mentioned like the vidya artwork, statues and collector's editions he bought just so that it could take up space in his khando and so that money wouldn't burn a hole in his pocket, he didn't really give a shit if the gamer statue he bought was from a game he liked or even played.

The spending makes me wonder if he was trying to make it look like he has interests. It reminds me of Patrick Bateman only liking shit that is popular and trendy within his circles to fit in. I don't care what you spend your money on as long as there is a reason to it, but then again I may just be trying to justify my visits to antique shops for old books.

Genuine question wouldn't he lose more selling the house? He hasn't paid it off so it isn't his it belongs to the bank. So, between the repairs and his debt on the house and closing costs would he even break even? Although, we all know he isn't selling that house that roach den to him is his only accomplishment. Although, I wouldn't be proud living in a house full of cat shit and broken crap. But, it certainly is the perfect home for a roach.
