"Esha" is probably real but not hers. Sammie takes photos of other women's children all the time and forms weird attachments to their kids. They aren't her friends, just chicken heads who keep Sammie around for free babysitting.

She ended up getting dragged all around the state because of him, and ultimately was homeless and broke by the time he found a new target and left her. Kristie isn't a saint... she's a dumbass, as much as anyone else in the Sammieverse. But she didn't deserve what James did. And Misty, who's also trashy and stupid but seemingly fairly harmless, is next.

Honestly, he and Kim deserve one another.
