President Joe Biden on Tuesday said that the United States will impose sanctions “far beyond” the ones that the United States imposed in 2014 following the annexation of the Crimean peninsula.

“This is the beginning of a Russian invasion of Ukraine,” Biden said in a White House speech, signaling a shift in his administration’s position. “We will continue to escalate sanctions if Russia escalates,” he added.

Russian elites and their family members will also soon face sanctions, Biden said, adding that “Russia will pay an even steeper price” if Moscow decides to push forward into Ukraine. Two Russian banks and Russian sovereign debt will also be sanctioned, he said.

Also in his speech, Biden said he would send more U.S. troops to the Baltic states as a defensive measure to strengthen NATO’s position in the area.

Russia shares a border with Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

A day earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered troops to go into the separatist Donetsk and Lugansk regions in eastern Ukraine after a lengthy speech in which he recognized the two regions’ independence.

Western powers decried the move and began to slap sanctions on certain Russian individuals, while Germany announced it would halt plans to go ahead with the Russia-to-Germany Nord Stream 2 pipeline.

At home, Biden is facing bipartisan pressure to take more extensive actions against Russia following Putin’s decision. However, a recent poll showed that a majority of Americans believe that sending troops to Ukraine is a “bad idea,” and a slim minority believes it’s a good one.

All 27 European Union countries unanimously agreed on an initial list of sanctions targeting Russian authorities, said French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian, and EU foreign affairs head Josep Borell claimed the package “will hurt Russia … a lot.”

Earlier Tuesday, Borell asserted that Russian troops have already entered the Donbas region, which comprises Donetsk and Lugansk, which are under the control of pro-Russia groups since 2014.

And on Tuesday, the Russian Parliament approved a Putin-back plan to use military force outside of Russia’s borders as Putin further said that Russia confirmed it would recognize the expanded borders of Lugansk and Donetsk.

“We recognized the states,” the Russian president said. “That means we recognized all of their fundamental documents, including the constitution, where it is written that their [borders] are the territories at the time the two regions were part of Ukraine.”

Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Putin said that Ukraine is “not interested in peaceful solutions” and that “every day, they are amassing troops in the Donbas.”

Meanwhile, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday morning again downplayed the prospect of a Russian invasion and proclaimed: “There will be no war.”

“There will not be an all-out war against Ukraine, and there will not be a broad escalation from Russia. If there is, then we will put Ukraine on a war footing,” he said in a televised address.

The White House began to signal that they would shift their own position on whether it’s the start of an invasion.

“We think this is, yes, the beginning of an invasion, Russia’s latest invasion into Ukraine,” said Jon Finer, the White House deputy national security adviser in public remarks. “An invasion is an invasion and that is what is underway.”

For weeks, Western governments have been claiming Moscow would invade its neighbor after Russia gathered some 150,000 troops along the countries’ borders. They alleged that the Kremlin would attempt to come up with a pretext to attack, while some officials on Monday said Putin’s speech recognizing the two regions was just that.

But Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin told reporters Tuesday that Russia’s “latest invasion” of Ukraine is threatening stability in the region, but he asserted that Putin can “still avoid a full blown, tragic war of choice.”

Daily reminder: holols are just ruskies hoteps with a wewuz vikangz attitude.

So if one side is orcs, so is the other.

Also: Hungary secured russian gas exemption. This way EU can have 10 dollar per liter prices, we get our Zyklon-B(lyat) gas.

Azov also gave up their nazi roots to suck jewcock more. So sad. Guess what Putin can't, Schlomo can!

There is zero evidence for that, just shitty reporting where they intentionally mix up claims and evidence of T-90Ms and T-90As being destroyed. There is no evidence for more than one being destroyed. There is little evidence of them being fielded at all.
So, the majority of news sites are all liars, and the only sites telling the truth are the ones making idiotic claims about Islam and abortion? Again, there's biased, and then there's that. I have no problems believing the many other news sites on destroyed T-90Ms.

Or it's the more obvious option. Russia actually doesn't field as much high-end gear as it says it does and instead heavily relies on older modernized weapons. The new built stuff being mostly tech demonstrators for export sales. Not actually fielded by their army. Why would you use a showroom model on the front anyways? Especially when using it could demonstrate how shitty it actually is.
That's what I've been saying; they don't have as much high-end gear as they say, because they don't have the money. Most of it is just for show. They can design all the high-end tanks they want, but with their low GDP, they can't afford that many of them.

Daily reminder: holols are just ruskies hoteps with a wewuz vikangz attitude.

So if one side is orcs, so is the other.
If they're both orcs, then the Russians are LOTR Orcs because they're pillaging and destroying a sovereign nation, while the Ukrainians are like the Warcraft Orcs under Thrall: honorable and just looking to find their way to living well.

Azov also gave up their nazi roots to suck jewcock more. So sad. Guess what Putin can't, Schlomo can!
So that proves Putin is lying about the Nazi thing.

That's not how orcs work. And nope, just means Schlomo buck broke them.

That is how orcs work. Some are worse than others.

And again, it means that Putin's whole chimping about "Nazis" is wrong. He's just antifa now; calling those whom he fights "Nazis" to sell his message. How pathetic.

Also, if there's anyone taking cocks up the ass, it's the heroic Russian army which makes it part of their training regimen, along with hazing-induced torture.

Zero for ten so far. Not a shred of evidence that more than the one T-90M has been destroyed. You are retarded hahahaha
All your sources pretty much come from suspect websites; that's three for ten, and your only answer is to whine about my sources and claim that they're making shit up, whereas five minutes of looking around in the websites you cited shows that they're full of shit, too.

So between rags that have a shred of legitimacy, and a rag that's just basically an Islamic propaganda site, I'd choose the former over the latter any day of the week.

Found this interesting for some insight as to what happened with Russia's economy in the past.

That probably explains why Russia has to take out mothballed tanks while not having as many T-90Ms as the West predicted.

Again, GDP is important, because it shows how much money your war chest has, and how much you can spend on things like tanks, planes, the navy, and so on.

I'm not "We must be better than them" sort of guy, you invade someone's home, you forfeit your life. End of story.

reread my post i dont give fuck about dehumanization of Russians, im saying that Calling Russians Orcs in one breath and then starting to talk about the one decent russian is tarded. There is plenty of people literally believing ruskies are like orcs and in the same breath saying they will Overthrow goverment any moment now because they now have lower living standard due to war.

Consistency guys thats my gripe here.

Not so much that as the T-90s will be needed elsewhere, like along the Siberian border or along the Finnish one. Ya know, places where, in the Kremlin's Mind, actual threats are still lurking.

That being said, I suspect the Russians add a zero to a lot of things. Only confirmed numbers for T-90s in Siberia top out about 400 or so.

Of a supposed 8,500.

All news outlets are liars and retards. Journalists are incompetent morons as a rule. I don't know what your other bullshit is ranting about nor do I care. I just know that if you dig for primary sources there is only evidence of one destroyed T-90M.

Yes. Russian high end kit is vaporware. Their arms industry does mostly refurbishment of Soviet-era gear. The new super-special shit is all just crap for parades and arms expos to try to get foreign contracts. Foreign contracts being needed to afford to set up the lines. This is why your insistence that T-90M was fielded in quantity and was mysteriously destroyed in ways we cannot see is a dumb stance to take.
If you want to make the argument that they are burning through equipment they will struggle to replace you point to the massive and well documented T-72B3M, T-80U, T-80BVM, and T-90A losses. Not their fucking jerk-off dumbed-down we-can't-afford-Armata parade vehicle. Fucking things were only built to sell the Indians on an upgrade package to the T-90S.

When all you can do to disprove my claims is fall back on the whole "journalists are lying morons as a rule" thing, it really loses the point. That, and it's not like photographers are free to walk around all the time. The war is still going on.

Here's one T-90 destroyed by a drone missile:

And here is another destroyed by an anti-tank rifle:

If you're going to believe an Islamic propaganda site over them, I can't help you.

That is the point I was trying to make. Most of their shit is just refurbishing old stuff; their engineers can come up with nice T-90Ms, but with a war chest smaller than the GDP of California, they can't afford that many of them, and now, they're at their last legs, fielding older tanks, because they can't field that many of the newer models, which have been destroyed multiple times. I didn't say that T-90Ms were being annihilated in large quantities, but I was just pointing out that there were multiple instances of T-90Ms being destroyed. I even said that at most, maybe they have a battalion of them lying around, but there have been many reports of T-90Ms being destroyed on the field.

Of course he should use msm sources only like a good goy.
I used both independent blogs and MSM sources. All he has is an Islamic propaganda site.

That's all you can do right now. Act like a bitch celebrate the doxxing of people.

Because when this war ends, we'll be drinking in all the copium and rage coming from your side. And it will be glorious. More glorious than Gamergate and 2016. If you thought SJWs can cry when they're losing, wait until the Russiaboos cry when they've lost.

More news from the front:

Did you forget where you are? This is not the MSN News comment section but a forum for doxing and cyberbullying retards.
This forum is literally all about discussing the news coming in from the news articles.

The Invasion of Ukraine megathread in Happenings is where you take your shit.

And again, it's nice to see your side cope with what will be their eventual loss. Putin went from 1939 Hitler to Downfall Hitler in a matter of months; this is basically his Waterloo. Except instead of a quick defeat, it's a long, slow, drawn-out death for Russia's military prestige and its place as a world power.

Well, that info does come from a recent news article, as linked above.

Now I understand that it didn't come up on your default Internet Explorer homepage and therefore it lacks your stamp of approval, but it's still far more valid than any of your "Russia is about to collapse in 2 days" articles from two months ago.

Not the same as your side claiming that Kiev would fall in a matter of days. How did that turn out, champ? Oh wait, I suppose that was all a faint now, is that it? Now, it's securing the Donbas region.
