He saw someone getting better treatment because of something bad happened to him and he took it and ran. Its why he shits on his mom so much, she was generally well liked but because she confronted and punished Boogie he despises her and women in general. He would throw anyone under the bus because he would be treated nicely and kindly by people and grew to expect that. He knows people are dying in Ukraine and children fucking died in that shooting but he just sits in his cum stained pants and goes, "But what about me?" He will find and make up any shit to get that metaphorical cookie he never deserved. I find that action the most detestable about Boogie, someone who can sit in relative comfort and allow themselves to go to shit shout from their trash kingdom that people should pity them because they demand it.
