I didn't watch Etika a lot. However, I do enjoy his memes of him. I don't have it anymore, but I remember this one where someone made him Black Joshua Graham. Where he talks about suffering and never giving up on your goals.

I'm not totally sure about that, I've known weight-lifters and cardionuts eating it for complex carbohydrates, and can be a decent alternative to brown rice for long-chain carbohydrates.
