Best of Corporate Pride Month Items - Gotta get me some of that demographic money, right boys?

Ragstock wants it to be June already, and they have made the worst pride shirt I’ve see yet. I’d say they don’t understand their audience by having something relatively ‘patriotic’ but it occurred to me the people buying this don’t know what this is from anyways.

The flag needs another stripe for leprechaunsexuals
Would it be a rainbow stripe? Or a beer stripe? Or two stripes for rainbows and beer.

Or how about this, it's a rainbow stripe, but the rainbow takes over the new stripes and blends in seamlessly with the old stripes to go back to being a traditional gay pride flag.

The library I work at is going to have a display of books in the lobby for Pride month in June. Our town's pride parade is also right next to the library. I personally don't care, as an LGBKiwi (deliberately leaving out the T). But I'm preparing myself for the predominately conservative, Christian folks here that might raise a fuss about it to me who had no choice in it. Woe is you, parents who have full control of what your kids check out. Or people who don't even have young kids at all but like to get offended.

Anyway, I'm fine with youth books about having two moms or dads or platonic, LGB puppy dog crushes depending on the age of the characters. Or young adult romance that deals with LGB characters. But "trans/gender confusion crap" and kids do not belong in the same room together whatsoever, nor do I think sexual orientation should be explicitly pushed onto literal kids. LGB or straight. As mentioned before, it's pretty normal for tweens and young teens to get precocious crushes but actual children should be functionally asexual and not have to worry about sex whatsoever. Only that people shouldn't touch them there. Is that me being a prude? In this day and age it feels like it.

Edit: I've been considering doing a banned books club thread in the Literature forum sometime to discuss kids/teen books that are constantly challenged to see what the fuss is. Or to laugh at rightfully creepy woke books aimed at kids. Or both.

Same energy.

It means they're sociopaths incapable of the love that gives sex any of its meaning, but they still want the sex, like they're just pigs. They think this is something to be proud of in stead of shunned as the destruction of moral and functioning society.
These people need therapy but will never get it because they have a speshul flag now. I believe there's probably highly-functioning people out there who don't really want relationships or sex, but these functioning people aren't decking themselves out in speshul flags and declaring they're a part of LGBT+ for their mental status. They're probably found in monestaries and nunneries, consecrated virgins in the Catholic Church, or they blend in so well to society you'd never know they don't care about sex.

Except leaving it at "Disney-style" crushes or young adult appropriate romances is seemingly unheard of; they must be more explicit than heterosexual romance.

Somehow this looks less cringe in b&w. Also it's sold out LMAO. Nothing like showing off your degeneracy by buying and wearing a shirt made by some poor third world worker in a sweatshop. God I hate how they've ruined the month of June.

Riot Games announced their Pride Month celebration event, with more imagery:

There doesn't appear to be an annoucement in Russian, Turkish, and Chinese, for obvious reasons. And obviously nothing in Arabic or for the MENA regions, since Riot hasn't really tried to get into those scenes, compared to how DOTA 2 even had a LAN event in Dubai, The International 11 will be held in Singapore this year, and Nigma Galaxy was trying to intice people in the MENA region to play more DOTA.

Personally I've surrounded myself with bugs and toys and am generally living my best life.

My crazy ass doesn't need a romantic relationship on top of all the other shit I have to deal with. That's why I guess I'd be what the kids call "aromantic"

I don't need merch for it tho, that's weird and means less money to spend on toys and bugs
