Sorry for the late reply, but you gotta remember that "asexual" has little to no meaning in these circles. They'll REEEEEE for hours if you suggest that "asexual" people don't fuck often and happily despite that being the literal meaning of the word. I think Paul and Skye fucked, but probably mistook their lack of attraction to each other to mean they just don't like sex. Paul is still supposedly asexual despite him and Kindness fisting each other regularly.

Kindness is a liar who isn’t disabled and isn’t constantly getting sick (except from drugs) which explains everything. She tried to get diagnosed with a myriad of health conditions earlier ITT but failed because she’s just an addict with mental illness.

If you're claiming a shitload of autoimmune diseases already, a mild fever isn't out of the ordinary and an indicator your disease isn't well controlled. It's a cause for concern but it's not immediately life threatening. If she presents to an ER with her medical history and those symptoms without insurance they'll give her a quick once over and throw her ass back out onto the street.
