Someone correct me but I think they have to do this. All UK media tends to refer to rapists in dresses as "she" to adhere to court reporting rules. If anyone can find the Time or Daily Mail reporting on the case and including the victim calling the rapist "he" I'll happily stand corrected. Otherwise we on TERF island need a pair of clown shoes.
