I'm specifically talking about the T here because I never saw this behavior around the push for gay marriage and the T is what is what these people care about the most.
- The T is mostly filled with white people so to make themselves look less white (as white is bad in their opinion) they consistently put black people in any queer advertisement.
- Black people as a whole are especially transphobic so in an attempt to make the black community on board with it they parade as many queer black people as possible
- They feel guilty about being white and whiteness as a whole. Liberal whites will actively avoid things that are "too white" so seeing a black or brown person involved in something they're interested in they feel less guilty about it even though the interest is mostly white.
- Building up from the last point, they feel guilty about their whiteness and how black and brown people were (and still are but not to the same degree of what it used to be) treated worse so to "give reparations" they platform black and brown people. Note that this is done when it is useful to them. This is why they avoid the fact of black people as a whole not approving troons.

Because Ukrainians are marginalized now…or something. Unsurprisingly Ukrainian expats (who are predominantly Orthodox Christian) aren’t thrilled about being put on a flag representing faggots, niggers, and troons. And regular old gays feel like these other movements, which have nothing to do with sexuality, are gradually replacing the rainbow.

God, that has to be the most horrendous variant of the Pride flag to date. The addition of the unnecessary bipoc colors, along with the redundant transgender and intersex colors are bad enough, but why do you include the colors of a whole country's flag?!?! I guess all Ukrainians are gay now?

Gilbert Baker must be rolling in his grave; it's no coincidence that all these unnecessary additions to the pride flag began a year after his death
