The demands that the studio system places on actors are utterly insane. It's almost modern-day slavery. Almost. They get a lot of money for it, but there comes a point where any sane and rational poerson would say "fuck the money" and check out. Not just the media, my friend. Media turned against her too, but on top of that, if you look at tweets and videos of people watching and reacting to the court videos and testimonies, more and more people turned against Amber Heard in the trial alone. Think about that compared to when Amber first published the article all those years before. It went from a backlash to Johnny and ruining his career and calling him the devil, to normies trashing Amber and praising Johnny Depp. Even if the trial didn't matter to others, seeing Amber's fake personality and smug attitude did a lot to turn people against her.
