dumbass can't keep his story straight. one day, the FBI is ready to hand him the keys to the city for his work in "researching" cp, and the next, he didn't download or view anything illegal.

I'm seeing a lot of people saying that he's downloaded CP, and while I'm not doubting that for a second do we have any actual proof of him admitting to it? I don't see any in the OP and if it exists it should be added.
As far as I'm aware there was nothing technically illegal in Amber Alert. Morally and ethically it's atrocious, but I want to make sure people aren't misconstruing what he's done.

Exactly, there is absolutely no proof of it, but multiple people in this thread and the Nexpo/General Horrortube thread are speaking as if he has admitted to it and some claiming that he has indeed done so.
I think it is a very likely possibility, he seems the type. I just can't tell if there is misinformation about or if there is some confession buried in Discord or some closed chat.

IIRC Jimmy produced a screenshot where Moth allegedly admitted to it, but it was later revealed that Jimmy had taken his screenshot out of context from a longer conversation and it was not what Jimmy claimed it to be.*
Also, I don't think that Moth offered uncensored versions of his zoosadism commentary videos on his Patreon in the same way he's done with some of the gore vids. In at least one of the youtube descriptions of the videos in my last post he clarifies that there won't be uncensored versions. (But that's just concerning the commentary videos he's produced and not what might be going on in his discord as far as linking and sharing those original videos among his fans.)
Sorry to be vague and without more sauces for now but I don't wanna risk spreading any misinformation until I/we've worked though more of the info. As far as this thread and the YT Horror thread, people are definitely throwing the cp accusation around as a half-joke and I'm not really mad about that since it makes Moth angry.

The CP accusation, (ignoring Jimmy’s bullshittery) mostly comes from Moth admitting to downloading child “exploitation”, which he had to distinguish between them in a video, either in Amber Alert or a similar one.
He stated there was nothing technically illegal about child “exploitation”, (which can fall under the likes of child verbal abuse, child gore, etc), but not child porn itself.
It’s a waste for him to have to explain the differences, but there are no laws against gore, especially child gore. At least not in the US. (If there is, I haven’t seen it).
Jimmy, however. did actually trade CP (as documented in the first post is his thread) and probably projects his sickness onto Moth.
