Pride Month

Even the fucking Fluffy Community is jumping in on this month:

(And Anthro Fluffies are technically a thing, somehow.)

Too many Pride flags are being made for countries that really are desperate enough to want respect and acceptance just for existing and nothing else. If anything, I’m sure Zelenskyy is getting more stand up material if this thing ever came across his desk.

Ah yes, the LGBT community:
1) Ukrainians
2) Gays
3) Darkies
4) Trannies
5) Hermaphrodites

FFS. There's weird yellow spikes in the yellow of Ukraine, making me suspicious they snuck another one in on me. Theres way too much yellow, and the flag overall looks unbalanced and clashing. The only positive is this thing is so hideous and impractical it will never ever catch on outside of this publicity stunt 🌈

-The border is meant to represent multiculturalism (african design aparently)
-the sun is meant to reprisent the Anzacs (stolen from Army's rising sun)
-rising sun over red is mean to represent Aboriginals
-blue is an homage to original flag
-Southern Cross is a common feature for Australia and South pacific nations
-7 pointed star represents each state and the territories
-the green around the star is meant to represent green and gold, colors of the national flower the wattle
-Currently discussion was they feel they need to add more to represent LGBTQ+
Fuck me, is that real? Who designed this thing? Never mind the art, it just looks like we want to be turned over and cry about our daddy issues while sucking cock. I''m sure you and everyone else has realised;

- The distinction of multiculturalism is incompatible in a national flag, since the shared nationality IS the culture, and we already have disenfranchised, indigenous black people with an art history that does not require foreign import, unless we think that all dark skinned people are the same.
- Celebrating the ANZACs are our greatest cope, not because we have no respect for the army or the veterans who served there, but because we celebrate it almost entirely on the scope of the losses we took at Gallipoli - despite the fact that the French and the British lost far more people on that campaign than we did.
- Unoriginal, but at least means something because we're surrounded by water.
- Fine, but other countries are south of the equator and its an outdated distinction.
- Fine, but unoriginal, cause America kind of owns that one
- Nice thought, wonderful, but the design is hideous and looks like it comes off a parade ground in North Korea.
- Distinguishing the LGBTQWTF+ as distinct from the rest of the the national character is an admission that we think of ourselves as deserving of some higher recognition above everyone else. What happened to being different but equal, cocksuckers?

People who think the current year orthodoxy of 'good' can be represented in a single, all encompassing kaleidoscope of arbitrary bullshit will find no peace beyond their own ignorance.

What a beautiful flag. As a Christian I hope the LGBT ouroboros continues to devour its own flag and morph into something completely different from the rainbow as a result. Once that happens, this divine symbol can be reclaimed and be used to honor God's promise to never flood the world once again.

Yes, it's real. I've argued online with the artist, some woman called Anne who runs a site call flagalternatives.com who periodically blocks and then unblocks me on twitter to argue with me. They claimed the Eureka flag was racist, and then cited it was used to rally people during the Laming Flat riots where a lot of Chinese were killed, and then got extremely fucking upset when I pointed out that the Laming Flat riots happened under it's own flag. which was this:

The person is woefully ignorant of Australian history, yet somehow feels they know more. One they stupidly maintained was that we should destroy all images of Captain Cook because he, using her words, led the invasion of Australia when he landed at Botany Bay on January 26th 1788. She got assblasted when I pointed out, with historical records, that it was Governor Arthur Phillip who arrived in 1788, that they arrived at Botany bay on the 19th and 20th, and that the January 26th is actually when they established settlement near the Rocks on Port Jackson (also known as Sydney Harbor).

It amazes me that so many people who want to re-write history books never fucking bothered to read them in the first place. And they're always the ones who make these fucking overdesigned shit they believe will make good flags. Again, these people in their proud ignorance manage to always hit my autism in a way that makes me MATI.
