This is going to sound needlessly bitchy. But if he was going to troon out, why not start with a tracheal shave or FFS, first? Jazz was effeminate as a very young child (hence the GID diagnosis) and it's been statistically proven that the effeminate boy ---> adult gay man pipeline is pretty solid. Tomboy to lesbian is a bit less so, but there's still a larger than average overlap between gender non-conformity and homosexuality even among females. Jazz' case is interesting, because we don't know the cause for his early behavior. It's been theorized that the twins were unavailable as playmates and that he thus gravitated toward his older sister and adopted her mannerisms and interests. It's fully within the realm of possible that he would not have become gay and that the effeminacy was simply situational. We'll never know now since he'll never have a sex drive and his amhole is unfit for sex anyway.

Depends on how long the effeminate behavior lasts. In toddlerhood it's not even effeminate- it's a baby playing with stuff. That was when Jazz's mother pounced. She groomed him into playing with nothing else.

The book itself is not a scientific article per se, but it's written from the perspective of a researching clinician, so there is more behind it than simply opinion. There are multiple studies that corroborate these findings; I don't have links ATM but I remember some of them were conducted by Richard F. Docter in the 80's and 90's long before the gender nonsense began.

James Cantor has also published some studies on this subject, but his work is now considered "haram" by most gender crits because he's also advocated to "destigmatize" pedophilia and is behind this MAP relabeling.

EDIT: Richard Green (who passed away in 2019) published the perhaps most quoted longitudinal study on gender non-conforming boys which tracked their progress through childhood and into adulthood. It only had a number of roughly 100 participants and a similar number of controls, but roughly 80% of the boys effeminate in childhood self-identified as homosexual at age 19 and only one boy from the "normative" interest control group did. Mind you this study was conducted in the 80's and 90's and LGB acceptance was not as prominent. One kid from the "effeminate" group went on to become a troon.

Well, I would have guessed that the continuous behavior was a predictor because, indeed, these types of predictors always need a pattern to be observed.

Ultimately, it’s basically impossible to actually know what Jazz was like as a small boy, because our only portal to that part of his life are his parents, who both lie and are clearly fucking morons. I guess there’s also that autobiography Jazz released, which does seem to say the quiet part out loud a bit: namely that Jazz was actually a troubled, somewhat gross child. Not that I blame him all that much.

No, this is not true, and it is also another thing Bailey outlined in his book, and the truth is that while there is a correlation, it's the exact opposite of what you're claiming. You're right in so far that feminine boys are often ostracized by their peers and often also by their families, and this makes them ideal candidates to be preyed upon, but predators pick them because the boys is likely attracted to men and thus less likely to reject the predator.
