So I was in walmart earlier and I spotted my favorite childhood BB gun, The Buck Hunter, AKA the poorman's red rider cowboy action carbine. I love this ting because it's very lightweight and the almost cylindrical profile of the barrel shroud makes it very easy to point and shoot without aiming. For $29 I just couldn't resist having this much fun.

Why? because full boost at 4,900rpm and peak power at 6,800rpm was triggering me so took the turbo I had off and sold it, then the car sat for a month while I bought this turbo which should spool 400rpm+ sooner. 20% wider torque curve at a hefty cost. Should have never bought the first turbo, it depreciated by $350 from my purchase and use to the sale, so now I have to add that to the cost of the EFR which more than makes up for the memorial day sale.

This $113 Dobkeratops figurine from the R-Type franchise of SHMUP games. Dobkeratops is one of the most iconic boss creatures that you run into when facing off against the Bydo antagonists in each game. He first appeared as the boss of the first level of the original R-Type arcade game from the late-80's.



As the R-Type series has always been very nostalgic to me, I could not pass this up, especially with the release of R-Type Final II last year.

Complained in the How are you doing-thread, about the sun being too hot for me to bear now. Already have the UPF 50+ shirt, and it makes me feel cooler. Nothing on my neck now and I can feel the sun cooking it. I dislike the designs of the Coolibar UPF scarves, as the logo is obnoxiously visible on them. And I don't want something plain and cheap-looking.
So I went and ordered a Versace silk foulard, 90 x 90 cm. Yes, I usually just wear black. So it will not look tacky. Even though many dislike the designs anyway.


Bought this solar powered lamp too, just to keep on my porch. I may replace it in the future, as it looks cheap irl. But need to get in other stuff before replacing it.

R.L. Stine's book zombie town (which supposedly is a reused Goosebumps book that got printed as a standalone book after his scholastic contract expired) and the great illustrated Classics version of War of The Worlds.

Sure the series was abridged to be easy to read for kids but damn it these aren't some great books. The large print text is also easy on my eyes. I swear most modern publishers cram as much tiny text as possible into walls of text so they can print the books as cheap as possible.

Rediscovered a local frozen pizza place with the most chicago sounding names you'd swear you were being taken to Wrigley Field on a Tuesday skipping work. I've have 6 of them in I think the span of a week and a half between other stuff. Got concerned tilted heads when I got number 7 today. And you know what, while heating up the stove, I just put pizzas 8 and 9 away in the freezer and I don't need to take looks like that when I count my gold coins for pizzas 10 through 13. I don't need your criticism! They were on sale!
