The only reason I question that is because some primaries like Georgia just had record high turnouts (dem voting rights laws didn't stop the Republicans I guess.)

My understanding is that the Geogia thing was specifically dems voting in the GOP one for Kemp because the state is open primary knowing there’s dirt on the rat likely coming and the base despises him after 2020.

5. They force a vote to put Republicans on the record.
