I don't think that's him being surprised. I interpret it as him telling his slaves to pick up the pace and spam nonsense as if there were lots of people chatting.

oh dear god, he's one of those "this is a thing on the internet so I made into a short...I made this" content creators. Youtube shorts, the only thing more cancer than the youtube explore section.

Most interesting thing to happen on the stream in a while. Keep it up, everyone. More subreddits. More comments sections reminding everyone he is "that guy" where he can't do anything about it. (Disclaimer: These are suggestions, not instructions.)

He contradicts himself with the cope that the extra views are helping when he's said before he barely gets anything for ads. Then he walks it back when the YouTube paycheck is being sent soon so he can beg for more tips because "the check is gonna be really late you guys". Phil, the extra 10k views will amount to an extra $20 at most which isn't enough for any big pulls. Phil wipes he gouty islamic ass with $20.

When I go to his channel, I get this under all the different tabs except for 'about'. Haha, somebody here responsible?
