That's weird. I thought Amber said she's extremely hard to work with because her PTSD is so out of control that she should probably be committed for her own safety and mental health? She might be nice, but I can't imagine being given a laundry list of things you can't do or have to do dealing with her would not make the experience 'great'. Reading through the supposed juror's responses: He says they felt Johnny hit Amber, but that he didn't instigate it and that it was never to the degree Amber hit him. He couldn't look at her after a certain point. One juror didn't want to find in favor of Johnny. He thought TMZ guy was funny and was amused Elaine got argumentative and then immediately got slapped back.

They felt that the "roughing up" of the apartment couldn't be proven, and allegedly most of the jurors wanted to award the full 50 million, but others weren't having it. Knowing there was a holdout that wanted to give Johnny nothing and award Amber because they "empathized" with her, the truth is probably that's the winning argument they stuck to and the other jurors couldn't defeat.

Law and Lumber + Jamesfromcourt both doubt the authenticity of the juror, however. So it's possible it could be a hoax. Jamesfromcourt attempted to contact him via Tiktok, apparently, and hasn't heard back yet.

The UK trial looks unfair in hindsight.

It was unfair at the time, but I really hope there is pressure applied to not let them memory hole the fact that Heard clearly perjured herself. There was talk a couple of weeks ago that they were looking in to it, but I doubt they'd actually follow through unless forced to.

Because having that one hollow victory from a judge whose reasoning was 'she said it so I believe her' removed would be great. It probably wouldn't reverse the case result - The Sun could just say they didn't know their source was lying to them, though they more likely just don't care if it's true. I think Depp is still appealing that decision as well - I don't really know. But I doubt they'd do anything unless compelled to, and I hope they are.
