Information from the Cook County Assessor's website. Keep in mind the assessed value of a home tends to be far less than market value. It is desirable to have a low assessed value since that is the number used for calculating property tax. Which for Nick is a staggering $10k+ per year (over 3.5% of the homes assessed value). The home was built in 1929 which is why it does not appear to have central air. It is a very nice 4300 sq ft with 3 full baths complete with a 2 stall detached garage. Odd that for its claimed 7 bedrooms on Zillow there are not photos of seven bedrooms. All in all not a bad place but it is probably very hot in the summer and very drafty in the winter just because of its age. Probably requires a ton of upkeep which is bad for Nick since he hates working class people. Hopefully Nick did he research and got a good home insurance plan and agent. Might not be much but Nick should probably homestead the place since property tax is down right brutal in Cook county. If he were to rent out the place it would have to be for $875 minimum just to cover taxes alone.

The attitude towards sexuality in these circles is that heteronormativity (including wanting adult women etc) is a slave morality pushed on the peasant class, and the truly initiated get the "good stuff" for themselves. Many people are demoralized (whether through incel ideology or through actual circumstance) to the point where they adopt this attitude as a coping mechanism. For others it's a part of actual left-hand path stuff that they came to despite having plenty of options.

Whether or not individuals agree with it, it leeches into their perception of sexuality due to the general pervasiveness of these attitudes and behaviors, which are hidden in plain sight and involve the members of the community with the most clout. It's why guys go for horrible blue-hairs in certain circles. It's more about what they represent than the reality of what they are.

The point is that while I'm not going to accuse Jaden or anyone of being a pedophile, this is probably going to get even worse as it unravels.
