Even after watching DSP overpromise and underdeliver for years, I would be surprised if he backed out of the John/Howard video. He's been hyping it endlessly for weeks and clearly expects to make serious money that day.

In fact, I think it's the opposite---he's going to make it a two-day "event" for Saturday and Sunday because he just has soooooo much to say and soooooo many old "context" videos to play that it will take all weekend.

personally i'm down the middle on one minute man being a fake tip every day, it never comes up on screen and phil acts like a weirdo when anybody talks about it, it makes sense for his learning delayed brain to think that if he' closer to the "goals", someone will tip him more to meet the goals, so he'll get $25 magically every single day to push the counter closer, fake or not, to bait whatever he can

As we all know Phil only does business via mail so phone calls are a big no no. Also Phil doesn't have any dominant voice (as witnessed on the bankruptcy call) so Keem would probably have pressured him into taking part if he had DSP on the phone

Honestly I'm of the mind that 1mm is a dent with auto pay set up but let's not forget that before he came around Phil was already delaying tips and sitting on them (for long periods) to bait out others. Not to mention that direct scheduled PayPal payments wouldn't trigger the tips animation, and Phil has been manipulating when he logs them to bait more tips since near the beginning.

I actually seem to remember ages ago there was a time when he tried to hide it altogether as slick as a toddler and people called him on it so he had to acknowledge that he had "forgotten" theny and he still never added them to his tips total so they were never logged as income.

Some of the new detractor content creators are copying the worst of the old ones. A new James the lesser, a dollar store Tevin, people seething about DSP, and of course some dude reposting him to Reddit repeatedly. History repeating itself and not the fun parts.

It's a 50k signing bonus to accept a boxing match. You can't keep it if you back out and never intended to fight. Keem has been scrambling to make these matches for like a month very publicly and when one dude dropped out the next day he tweeted DSP. It seems like nearly everyone gets this situation but the DSP thread itself who acts bamboozled.

I keep wanting to make content on this asshole but it is really difficult to find stuff that hasn't been done before or better since most of the time it's just roasting him. Nobody really talks about him as much from an aversion example for other content creators but that well can run dry very quickly, mostly because there are a lot of smaller indie content creators that do the exact same shit Phil does (and worse) but it's just easier to find things to comment on with Phil as an example.

This is a joke. Once he heard it was a fight he just closed the DM and started ignoring him. He's to cowardly to tell him to fuck off and even more so to have a recorded or streamed phone call as evidence of him calling Keem sir while keem offered him a non-deal of being pummeled for cash by a z list eceleb.

I think Phil is really banking on his perception that John and Howard are completely off the internet, and I feel he might be underestimating that aspect. This is optimistic of me, but I feel all it would take to bring back certain people from his past is if a streamer promises them a set amount of money or a percentage of donations for an hour or two of their time.
