Almost certainly; it's a shame that only one person is filing this suit against him, because all of the other evidence pieced together would make this a pretty clear slam dunk. Without that, the Jane Doe's case (assuming she is who we believe her to be) may not be strong enough to hold up in court. We just have to see how things progress, I suppose; I can't believe that she would even be pursuing this if she didn't really believe she had a case against him.

Fi she is rational then she would follow the advice of her lawyers who will warn you if a case look weak. We might not be dealing with a rational individual though, and this might be someone who has provided her lawyers with faulty information just like Amber Heard misled her legal counsel about the facts in the case

I believe that is just a confirmation filed by the person executing the service that the service was received by the respondents.

I'm guessing since Ryan's was likely delivered to his home that it was a little more difficult to send it to the right person at RT.

This is a clerical error. Michael Ray Wallace is a party in a completely different case, Ridgefield Eagle Ford Minerals, LLC vs. Calf Creek Royalty.

Well, to be expected that, from what I understand, RT denies all culpability from something one of their employees did years ago, since they're mentioning statute of limitations.

This plaintiff should have gone with a class action, but I find it hard to imagine other of Ryan's victims would go to trial for years against him.

Ah I watched this today. Not to sound like I’m always stanning for Adam but honestly this made me think again that he came away from all of this looking relatively squeaky clean.
