General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

I think this was a result of Selen trying to push her manager's buttons and see where the line was, because she got permissions for this game at the same time she got perms for Shower With Your Dad Simulator, and both of the South Park RPGs.

I had forgotten that the Great Wosemi-sama had played this game. I am humbled. humu-humu
Don't you all tease me with things never to come true! I seem to recall Nasu having some autistic hang up with ever getting official EN translations of his games so I imagine any EN tubers would be out by default. They should get Salome to do it though, she almost looks like a palette swap of Luviagelita Edelfelt.
I have literally never heard of Nasu having problems with that before. Maybe he just wanted to avoid random shit like Nintendo Treehouse making Taiga have a sexual fetish for pickles, or some other dumb localization gaffes (those jelly donuts look awfully like riceballs but what do I know?)

Believe me, as a big Type Moon fan I'd love to see that too.

At least we have Rosemi malding at Shiki and Akiha in Melty Blood.
Well you both are in luck, since Mahou Tsukai no Yoru is coming out on PS4 and Switch in Japan in December and will have an English translation. So that is a start as far as English versions go for TM games, at least.

It's a part of Twitch's list of officially banned games, if that helps. I've seen some gameplays and it's definitely a lewd one.
That's honestly a little funny with the content you can kinda see on Twitch from a day to day basis.

In other news. Local guides will be putting us under and conducting surgery on us Travelers today!
Hopefully Aki doesn't sneeze while she has the scalpel in. :cryblood:

“I thought worms were insects”
“why don’t all babies drink powdered milk”
“wait toes have more than 1 bone”
“do bones grow”
“why isn’t it called 6 months old 6 months into the pregnancy”
And other paraphrased statements brought to you by Mysta Rias the lovable dumbass during his stream with Mousey.

It was always the rumor back in like ~2009 but I have no idea if it was ever true. If it is I can't really blame him because most of the people who do the translating seem to hate the content and want to "fix" it, but it is annoying not being able to get it natively and I'm not quite autistic enough to learn Japanese for consuming Jap media... yet anyways. To be honest I haven't followed TM as much since they put out FGO, gacha shit can burn in the deepest depths of hell.

Delayed due to tech issues, Pomu has started her karaoke.

GGN stream has started, and it's...going as well as you expect!

How they're viewing the travelers having surgery tonight.

Just another day that Gaijin get fuck even if they are outperform the native in the land of the rising sun.

Trivia: I also follow JP sumo and their top sumo rikishi is none Japanese, Hakuho, who despite wining unprecedentedly 45 championship titles but get shun by nip because he’s not nip.

GGN is so interesting, VTubing-wise. They're permanently collabed with each other. They're Japanese (not 100% sure on this) but seem to work exclusively in English? Their voice is undoubtedly cutesy, but not quite in the usual uwu-type. Their merch is older than their channel is.

I'm genuinely curious how it all works. Does the company see them as a source of money? A side project? Or a tool for promotion? Do they physically stream from the same place? Why did they choose English exclusively anyway?

Pomu is doing karaoke, in one of her Minecraft streams last month someone asked if she would sing "Down With the Sickness" but replace "sickness" with "pomu" and now that it's been put into my head I'm hyping myself up for it.
