Three weeks ago is when I came down with covid. No vaccines, no comorbidities, not in an at-risk group whatsoever. Still having a slight cough with mucus and that feeling you get in your chest or throat when you need to cough is almost a constant... I'm very much okay otherwise.

Recently I have seen acquaintances of mine finding out that their friend of similar age caught covid in recent weeks and had a stroke and died. Or the original tale I heard was that they were found unresponsive, taken to the hospital and pronounced braindead all while having covid for several days prior. And of course word has got around on what happened to this person and so now everyone uses it as leverage for how serious this pandemic still is! How dare we as a collective society start accepting reality by living our lives??? Oh you're planning to go overseas? To a convention? Fuck you, you don't care about people!

Very likely the vaxxed are stroking out from the spikes but to come out and say that... kind of hard to do since covid, from the very beginning of all of this, does seem to fuck some people up more than others. You can just be very unlucky in this game.
