I’m fucking thrilled. It’s such a DSP thing to do. Here I thought he was going to keep pretending to be some kind of gaming elder statesman until his inevitable coronary.

Now he’s straight up regressing, bottom barrel YouTube fodder, and basking in his hypocrisy and reputation of someone who callously takes advantage of the people closest to him.

Soon this content will take over every stream, hour by hour, until people get LIMBed for even reminding him he used to be a gaming streamer.

He also claims that this is a lingering thing, but who is saying this? His current fans, who were unaware of the existence of this until he brought it up now?, I don't think his fans care whether he addresses (what qualifies as a drama video), especially an old one.

This evolved from it may happen to it has to happen right now, which is not suspicious at all.

Which begs the question of why he chose to wait until after it won the poll to start "asking for permission" from the two to "react" to it. I mean he'd do it even if they gave a flat no to him and said it publicly so why would he even bother.

And even when he explains shit, he leaves more questions than answers. Even without pointing out he's already made money from it and will regardless, his explanation is so bad it's embarrassing. He's claiming to want to get it off his chest but then why has he left it nearly a decade to finally confront it directly, why is he now ignoring that he mentioned some of the claims in his "debunk" stream with a "I knew nuthin' about it". And what is the point of "diversifying" his content if it's a gift goal that's special and what's he going to do once he's done with all the major videos.

What the fuck am I looking at? Why would he choose that image for the thumbnail? Even the soyface he previously used would've looked better. John looks bored, Howard looks like he's in pain (I don't blame either of them having to spend time with Phil) and Phil looks like he's smelling a really bad dart, trying to hide the expression in the shadow of his toy.

Possibly the most grating part about it is the 30-minute explanation every prestream of how he used to hate react streamers and yeah they're still trash but Phil puts "deep thought and effort" into his reactions so they're somehow superior. Like the fact he takes notes first is somehow making his drivel entertaining. The usual king of semantics crap and none it changes one bit that he's now a react streamer clown, but he has to say it EVERY DAY.

Leave it to Phil to be the person who manages to find a new level of the barrel's bottom to scrape, it's one thing when clickbait react vids have the "dead celebrity calls me at 3am!!" but a forty-year-old shut in rocking and defending the last friends he ever had from ten years ago is Chis-chan / Nikocado levels of youtuber self-destruction for the sake of veiws.
