The solution is simple - shame. Anyone who goes too far in A&H will have a luminescent green filter applied to their avatar and username in order to mark them as a glow in the dark. This will last one week. Additional negative reactions on posts made after the glowening will extend the time and intensity of the glow (logarithmic growth). If they ever reach maximum glow intensity, they will be banned.

The forum will, by default, filter all glowy posts to improve general user experience.
