Onboard some jannies but you don't let the other users know who they are. They don't get any special Internet stickers by their name, they just lurk the board along with everyone else and should someone need to be swept, they'll just get a message saying "Your post was moved for reasons."

Politics nowadays has turned toxic and divisive that such behavior was inevitable, especially without proper moderation. I agree with the notion of a head moderator, council like system so abuse of power could be reduced. I think @Secret Asshole would be a perfect fit for that.
