I have a theory in this too. Autism plus categorisation error. The ideal for girls these days is willowy and mid height with very specific ‘looks.’ When I was a teen there was a lot more diversity in how people looked (goths, indie kids, hippies etc) but these days you’re either a genderblob or you’re that weird ironed hair, trowelled on makeup and eyebrows that look like Norman Lamont got wild with a marker pen. Small girls are attractive in current year ONLY if they’re that teeny Asian type.
I think these girls are autistic and when they don’t see themselves in this ‘female looks like this’ box they subconsciously equate that with ‘not female.’ Small goblins (and I can say that becasue I am small and mildly hobbity) are not attractive in current year.
So I think these girls have rejected that category for themselves and are searching for another. Add autism, grooming and abuse, and it’s a nasty mix. Someone needs to show them that women can be all sorts of ways.

Eh, I doubt she’s part Jewish. Asher is a popular stupid FTM name, because it’s a currently trendy baby name. Real Jewish boys born in Massachusetts in 2000 would be Josh, Jake, Dan, or Jesse. There’s still a lot of Portuguese immigrants even today, so while her mom is American born (Dawn Marie) her extended family likely isn’t. (The church they go to has three Sunday masses and two of them are in Portuguese).

The sister is dating a guy named Caeden but he’s a real guy, just a little white trash, which is standard for this area. When you hear about Massachusetts being wealthy, New Bedford isn’t part of that. It’s a rust belt city except because they’re on the coast they still have a fishing industry, but because fishing is so hard on your body there’s a lot of heroin addiction.

The family had a son, Aiden John Machado, who died before 2007. Maybe someone else can find details.

She’s an assistant manager at a craft supply store and works at a dollhouse store. The mom calls her ‘my little warrior’, so I wonder if there was a childhood illness of some kind?

The parents wanted a son. I'm sure it was some kind of "downer" to have two for one with the daughters. Obviously losing a son to some kind of illness or accident is traumatic. I wouldn't be shocked if they were "happy" at the idea of having a son again. This was probably a motivating factor to troon out. It wasn't just the SJW points, it also made mommy and daddy happy.

I find there to be way more autistic/fad looking mtfs than "Chad's."

That being said, I don't think Elephant Dick has FAS. Many lolcows do probably have FAS, which usually comes with an impaired sense of right and wrong and low IQ. It's very rare to have one child with FAS and one child without it, except when the mom gets sober and has the normal child years later. Kind of impossible with a twin.

I think her mug just looks weird because she's a woman trying look like a man. She also probably has autism and thus has weird facial expressions, especially on camera. Being a 4/10 is not a genetic disorder. Occam's razor is in effect. It's sad that she had to go this route. But I can't save her. Idk, maybe it's the same thing that happened to Griffon Bloshinsky Jennings vs Sander.

That type of woman is what’s known as the Instagram thot and when you’re raised on social media, seeing these women who are “so much more attractive” than you, you tend to feel ugly. I’ve been in the same boat.

I’m gonna be honest, I think Elephant Dick looks good in her pre-trans photos. She isn’t ugly at all! She has natural beauty and personally I think she looks better than her sister. She should have just owned that look. Plenty of guys like shy nerdy girls. Or if she’s a lesbian, I’m sure there are women into that too. There really is someone out there for everyone. It’s a shame about the whole uh… elephant dick situation…

There’s software you can run faces through that does it. It’s called face2gene. It’s paid, but it works very well. Most genetics type consultants have it running in the old wetware as well (ie the brain…)

I'm not trying to diagnose her with anything, I'm just saying it would not come as a surprise if she did have something genetically wrong with her. That plus autism. Her (fraternal) twin sister doesn't have "that look", so that alone raises certain questions.

My money is on plain autism. There are a bunch of syndromic forms of autism of course but even if she doesn't have one of those there is often facial distinctiveness associated with autism alone.

I doubt there is any intellectual disability. She seems quite smart, just very gullible. Like most autistic girls.

I don't actually agree with you being doxed, Alivia, I think that was a harsh thing to do to an immature 20-year-old. But I also don't know how you can read a thread full of posts saying "I hope this poor autistic girl manages to leave her cult" and interpret it as "we are coming to hurt you."

I suppose it's less threatening psychologically to believe that we wish you physical harm than it is to process what we are actually saying: You are in a cult. Your doctors are exploiting you and making money off of you. You will never be male. Humans can't change sex. Past a certain point it's easier to contemplate physical violence than it is to contemplate how badly you have been betrayed. That really sucks, and I am genuinely sorry this happened to you.
