Late but adding onto how ftms seem to be on the small side...

I have a theory in this too. Autism plus categorisation error. The ideal for girls these days is willowy and mid height with very specific ‘looks.’ When I was a teen there was a lot more diversity in how people looked (goths, indie kids, hippies etc) but these days you’re either a genderblob or you’re that weird ironed hair, trowelled on makeup and eyebrows that look like Norman Lamont got wild with a marker pen. Small girls are attractive in current year ONLY if they’re that teeny Asian type.
I think these girls are autistic and when they don’t see themselves in this ‘female looks like this’ box they subconsciously equate that with ‘not female.’ Small goblins (and I can say that becasue I am small and mildly hobbity) are not attractive in current year.
So I think these girls have rejected that category for themselves and are searching for another. Add autism, grooming and abuse, and it’s a nasty mix. Someone needs to show them that women can be all sorts of ways.

Dude's suicidal and claims to have "little sensation other than pain". It's almost like he's realizing that having yer ol' twig and berries wasn't so bad, after all. This one's rather unique among troons because at no point does he mention that "he totes has no regrets!" He's openly stating that he hates his amhole and wishes he hadn't gone through with the surgery, which is making the other troons uncomfortable.

The terribly quality of the stitches is a constant with all these. They look like they’ve been sewn up by a drunken chimp.

Like really, maybe I'm going too hard into armchair psychology territory, but her entire face just spells out pain and misery and she just seems extremely uncomfortable, both pre-trans and post-trans! Those cold dead eyes man... It just makes me really sad honestly, I would bet she wasn't a very happy person to begin with, and really thought trooning out was going to give her life meaning and take the misery away. I saw a theory (on 4chan?) that the reason why AGPs are always the most caveman browed, fridge bodied, long faced, masculine fucks you could ever hope to find was that they're so high test their extra high sex drive made them more likely than a regular man to live out their fetish. Total pop psychology, but I think something similar is at work here: TIFs are always the most dainty, 5 foot nothing, feminine creatures around. Maybe they transitioned because a mix of socialization and biology has made them even more susceptible to social contagion than normal women are?

Simpler theory is that the most masculine mtf troons are also the most likely to end up in trans hate threads. The ones that were twinks to begin with aren't passing but they also get overlooked and can pass well enough that they don't stand out in profile pics if they use enough makeup and a touch of photoshop.

No troon can pass, but if they started early, had the right body type, and don't broadcast it to the world, they can go to the store or walk down the street and not get noticed. Looks like typical female autistic facial features to me. Shorter face, broad mid face, short nose, short forehead. Easy to see when you compare to the sister.

She also has quite a long philtrum in some photos. I think that's an autistic feature as well.

Unfortunate proportions, too. Her hips are practically wider than her shoulders. Even without the added burden of autism girls with that body type almost invariably suffer from body image issues.

Yeah Exulansic thought Jazz had Prader-Willy even though he didn't become obese until he was a young adult. She is not actually that well versed in some medical issues. She knows a lot about transgender issues, but that's like being an expert in phrenology or naturopathy.

It's well established that people with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome have weird faces.

That being said, I don't think Elephant Dick has FAS. Many lolcows do probably have FAS, which usually comes with an impaired sense of right and wrong and low IQ. It's very rare to have one child with FAS and one child without it, except when the mom gets sober and has the normal child years later. Kind of impossible with a twin.

I think her mug just looks weird because she's a woman trying look like a man. She also probably has autism and thus has weird facial expressions, especially on camera. Being a 4/10 is not a genetic disorder. Occam's razor is in effect. It's sad that she had to go this route. But I can't save her.
