Obese people in my family and a now deceased friend who smelled the same and both near 400 or over 400 at one point in their lives. Family member in the 60s and 70s while the friend who was in his 20s smelled like her. Same weight give or take 10-20lbs.

P.s. I've also worked in hospitals before and been around the obese and elderly. Like 700lbs in the ICU.

That's my educated and experienced guess. If you want a specific smell guess. It's a mixture of body odor and smelly crevices combined with whatever spray he uses. So it ends up smelling like a shart masked with some cologne or body spray.
