Phil sucks but the rumble is bullshit on higher difficulties. The elimination mechaincs are badly designed.. Most streamers either restart or play it on a easier difficulty. Don't mean to defend the guy but once you decipher the pigspeak what he's saying is pretty much on par with how everyone experiences the rumble more or less.

It's obvious what is really going on. His youtube check probably covers most of his bills, but he uses that money like his credit cards. Instead od saving it when it comes in and only using that to pay bills, he spends it all right away and then needs money for his bills. He sees this as not lying when he says that is Bill money. Stupid bitch can't budget, has zero self control, and instead of just being honest (he's gonna get more anyway), he lies....because he is also a narcissist and needs to get over on ppeople.

Hes extremely lucky he found a very small niche where people as broken as him can support themselves and he dug his fat ass into that niche as hard as possible. Any other time, any other place, any small change in events and he'd be a bum on the streets.
