It appears that Helena Fiorenza was able to reach out to Chris via letter, and she had the previous recipient "Eels and the Eggman" receive two of these letters.

   photo looked sad, it was because on the morning of the day
   before my return to this Jail, to put it blunt and short for now:
   the staff in 1 Hickory at [DATA EXPUNGED] in
   [REDACTED] literally had me Pinned and recreated the
   Pin-Me-Down event from Fourth Grade (Minus the Choke
   Hold) to a "T", complete with a Full Photogenic
   Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Moment, that also made a
   Full Dejá Vu of it. Should Any of the Staff, in
   particular Betty Hoover who Instigated the Event,
   still be around After the completion of the Collective
   Shift and my Second Coming, I Shall Sue the
   Facility. 99% of ALL the Staff there have been
   Divinely Marked as Toxic, as well as cursed.

Edit - He's chimped at least ONCE in the hospital and was restrained thats what made him look so mopey in the most recent picture, they have removed the hospital name but the ward name is there so it might not be hard to confirm where he was but it looks like we are correct from the momentary google I just did.

It looks like the nefarious Betty Hoover works at Western State Hospital, which is indeed a psychiatric hospital. (EDIT: and "1 Hickory" is the name of a unit there)

From what I was able to glean from various comments, the Hospital is more comfortable than his cell I can see him so starved for comforts like a bed with more than marginal padding better food and more access to amenities and it getting removed from him and him pitching a fit to try and stay there.

And he uses Bella, who he's simped over intensely, as a scapegoat in this letter too, while also ignoring that Fiona was the one who initiated leaks of anything in the first place. Judging by his talk about "Nasty Plots", I presume he was sent letters regarding how horrid Bella is and shit. But if that were the case, I would also think someone would have told him that Fiona played a pretty big part in his arrest too, not just Bella.

Different states and even different hospitals have preferences about what drugs are used to sedate a patient. Here lorazepam/diazepam tends to get used a lot but there's several others that are effective if he had a visit from Dr. Strong. You usually want to avoid physical restraints because the paperwork is a nightmare. As for if he had something they gave him to treat like psychosis most of those meds take weeks to work.

Edit: This isn't to suggest he actually has been treated for his fake reality break, its just the only thing I think would even potentially be on the table if he managed to get a functionally retarded admitting staff, which does happen sometimes - he's not faking depression symptoms and he's not faking anxiety.

I’d want to see paperwork or something before I fully believed he was totally doped up. I do listen when someone who knows what they’re talking about speculates, though. Other kiwis have said that if he was there to learn to be a good little assistant in his defense, they wouldn’t be keeping him out of it. Since he hasn’t acted like someone who is actually suffering from treatable delusions, he probably wouldn’t be medicated for that? (He’s not trying to use his goddess powers to walk through walls or turn into a sonichu to run fast, for example)
