Just imagine providing life saving care and still making this all about you and your need for validation. Paramedics have always received abuse, they shouldn't but they do. And likely the only reason "Steph" here is on this post is because the "verbal abuse" he's facing is the violent misgendering that leads to actual genocide.
Refusing to be treated by a troon isn't "abuse". I wouldn't want his hands on me.

Keep in mind, though, that this lovely flower developed feminine features just a few months into HRT, and was even lucky enough to pass before starting treatment:

Yet another reminder that trannies are absolutely delusional.
Just had a lightbulb moment on why trannies seem to actually believe that they're beautiful women despite the wendigo staring back at them in the mirror. Maybe they misread the arousal they experience seeing themselves as a woman as legitimate sex appeal and not a fetish-fuelled dopamine rush.

Ah yes, the breasted sex, known for their lack of back problems and kyphosis, contributing to their ability to straighten their spine while bearing the weight for HOURS.

Women's spines are known to operate in the same way snakes do. This is just a medical fact and shows once again how much teh cis have an eighth grade understanding of biology.

Kinda funny how when I was in wilderness first responder training, we were told to expect severely injured but still conscious patients to reject our care, or reject care for their children just due to how the brain can misfire under extreme stress and blood loss. How you are pretty much required to wait for that person to become unresponsive or unintelligible to begin providing life saving care. And how we had to remember that if the child then died in our hands we did what we could and to try and not let the guilt haunt us cause consent is more important.

Not for trannies apparently. Shake that traumatic apathy off bigot. Or organ shock is the last thing you are gonna be worrying about!

That was kind of along the lines of my thinking. If you work in fields where people you meet are having their worst day, they're not always going to be happy to see you. They might, in the sense that their life is on the line (and some people don't even realize their life is at risk for a lot of different reasons), but people under extreme levels of stress (particularly in life or death situations) can sometimes be difficult in ways they wouldn't ordinarily. It isn't anything personal. Sometimes they are just really scared, or it is a result of their medical emergency. It really isn't you or anything you've done. There is so much focus on 'you need to be kind' but not 'how can I manage this situation to get the best outcome, working with everything in front of me?'

Found this on Terf Twitter, a classic TiF bratwurst.
Holy! - At first glance I truly thought I was looking at some type of white sausage someone hung out of their pants as a joke. Then I looked closer and saw the stitches. 😱

Worst part of it, though, has got to be those horrific skin grafts/removals (whatever you tf call them) required to create that monstrosity. How the actual fuck are those permanent body scars gonna be for these folks after this?! They are already struggling with body and image issues and now they have VISIBLE scars that the whole world can see?! Good one, doctors, that is certainly gonna help them in the long run.

Good one, doctors, that is certainly gonna help them in the long run.

That's something that has always eluded me. When someone did the first amhole or frankendick, even just during the planning stages, how did they think any of this was acceptable? How are these outcomes good, healthy, or even worth repeating?

The rotting amholes are nothing short of putrid that require immense pain to actively force open daily. It's like giving someone some sort of horrific torture ritual they have to engage in daily. The frankendicks are almost as bad. They are taking huge chunks of flesh off an arm or leg to make something that will most likely fall off due to necrosis that isn't even an approximation of a real penis. They would be better off just super gluing a 'realistic' strap on, it would look far better and they wouldn't lose a chunk of flesh in the process.

I just can't wrap my head around some doctors seeing these outcomes, saying they are acceptable, and then standardizing the practice. Now I don't think doctors are a bunch of saints or anything but there has to be a line somewhere for what is and isn't an acceptable practice right?

Those surgeries were not originally created for troons. For instance, what would become the arm sausage surgery was orignally a procedure for restoring the genitals of men who had lost their dicks to explosive shrapnel in WWI, and though the results aren't exactly great, when you're working off of the remains of a destroyed penis the results are a lot more natural looking. However, mad surgeons with a god complex decided to start performing this surgery on women who asked for it, resulting in the practice we see today. Amholes have a similar origin, it was at first just a procedure for restoring the outisde appearance of a mutilated vagina, but then insane men started asking for it and insane surgons complied. The actual hole part of the amhole is actually pretty recent, at first it was more of a shallow skin flap than a proper hole.

There's a real irony to the fact that a procedure meant to resore mutilated genitals is now used to mutilate genitals.

How anybody could come to the conclusion that troons are mentally ill will forever remain a mystery, I suppose.

I saw a tweet thread a few days ago that I wish I'd saved. One of the tweets had a screenshot of an article with Marci Bowers where he said that insurance companies say a good outcome of srs is where the patient is released from the hospital in a reasonable amount of time and doesn’t ***die*** horribly from complications. (:_(

Other complications or revisions? Still a good outcome. Death? Yeah, that's bad. Shame on the patient!

I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of surgeries were given the same criteria, because there are a lot of surgeries after which quality of life is both improved and worsened. Insurance companies aren't exactly known for caring about their clients. Heard a commercial today for a personal injury lolyer and he said "the guy who hit you, his insurance company is not on your side". The thing is, your car insurance company isn't on your side! If you want to get them to pay for medical care after you've sued the other insurance company, you have to sue your insurance company, otherwise they almost always won't pay up on coverage that you pay them for.

But still , hearing that insurance companies only care if the doctors can say "but did you die" seems harsh, even for them. It really shows you how mercenary these doctors and insurance companies are.

I'll look for that thread again, but Twitter search sucks.

ETA: found the article he was quoted in. It was on Jezebel of all places!

Of course this article was from Jezebel. Because a site that was dedicated to extreme leftism and rampant misandry has now bowed down to the troons.

They have a term for it called "Euphoria boner" for when they do something girly and it gives them arousal.

When in an arousal stage anyone can feel important and beautiful, deluding oneself to how weird and funny looking they are when in that state.

Because troons are stunted mentally, they never developed beyond adolescence, they would confuse the dopamine and serotonin release of their arousal to actual self perception of oneself and others.

Tldr: troons are degenerates.

Troons, one of the statistically safest demographics in developed Western countries, are really whipping themselves into a Pride Month froth of paranoia on Twitter, oblivious to the fact that any backlash against them is entirely due to their own ridiculous bullshit

Quick reminder: TIMs never pose any danger to women, you bigots!

“terf” is just the new word for woman.

Imagine being on a cocktail of drugs, you just got bottled and stabbed by someone, you're bleeding out into the gutter, your brain is swelling, and your rescuer is in a gimp outfit with a ballgag, you'd feel pretty afraid and reluctant to let them shove a tube down your throat and cut off your clothes.

The NEET troons demonstrate that fetishes come in multiples. As well all the Reddit/Discord mods who turn out to be rapists/pedos.
These troons have no genuine fear of genocide. They enjoy fearmongering and receiving hugboxing from the cissy allies who would happily jump in front of bullets with "KF" etched into them.
If they were genuinely fearful of assault, rape and mass murder, they would all stop posting this drivel online.
They'd stop posting their creepy bathroom selfies. Photos of their groomed kids.
They would not out themselves with all these ugly emojis.

I've said this before. If they had any genuine fear for their lives, they wouldn't cross dress in public/online. Full stop.
The average woman cannot stop being physically smaller than the average male.
A child cannot stop being a child to avoid the attention of a pedo.
A man can stop dressing like a bimbo tho.

We do nothing here except hold up a mirror on what trans people say and do when they think no one is paying attention.

Anne Frank had to hide in an attic because the threat of genocide was real.
These guys be selling their asshole pics on OF and talking about how a girl in Walmart complimented their dry, green, unkempt clown hair.
If we wanted to genocide trans people, we would sit back and do nothing.

Puberty blockers, HRT and SRS are all sterilization methods that shorten your lifespan and induce disabilities and chronic pain.

The issue is, it's not just pornsick NEETs, pedos, Redditors and rapists getting sterilised, it's gay, lesbian, autistic and gender non-conforming kids. Kids are innocent and cannot consent.
We aren't sadistic pedos who relish the idea of kids bodies being stunted, sterilised, disabled and mutilated.

Nobody cares if you want to cut our your nutsack and install a hairy cavern that leads to nothing, Gary.
We only ask that we don't pay for it, and that you stay the fuck out of women's spaces.

They must pile on the trans arrow to the trans flag.
Just when I thought the flag couldn't get anymore insufferable.
View attachment 3361724
Ah, only the trans and black/brown folx matter.
The gays and lesbians paved the way, but let us cite a black Drag Queen as being one of the most important figureheads of the entire movement. I know fuck all about gay history, but Marsha was a dude in a dress who said as much
That new trans flag looks redundant. It's stupid.

What's funny, is just by the way this King is writing, I know she's a woman.

It pains me but I don't fucking pass. I probably won't for many years. I do however want to feel comfortable wearing clothes matching my gender identity and makeup, and almost nowhere I can find gives good advice for women or people like me.
It's a man, my dude.
