I have no doubt that they're aware (well, not Biden himself - that mush-brained fuck is just blindly repeating the prompter) that the economy is a complete shitshow - they're just trying to put a brave face on because the only alternative is to admit the galactic scale of their fuckups.

I think most people switching sides(if they haven’t already) are going to be your average John Doe and Jane Doe who has two kids and is still working, feeling the pinch at the pump and grocery store and worrying if their children are getting groomed by deviant freaks at school.

I'm just trying to see what their endgame is here.

The more they insist the economy is fine, when it is not, the more severe the backlash would be when they are finally forced to admit it when breadlines form and legitimate looting starts to occur. Do they really think they can keep the magical chairs running on fumes until 2024?

They only need to hold until November. Even if they can't make it to intallation/inaguration/whatever you call it for congress, they can blame republicans and it'll work on the hardcore Dems at least. That kind only needs an excuse to pretend it's the Republican's fault so that they don't look bad.

The endgame is to tweet their way through the pain and avoid having to confront it. This is a White House effectively ran by Ron Klain, Biden's Chief of Staff.
Every time, and I mean every time, a new disaster catches his office unawares Ron starts hardcore coping on twitter and finding the laziest way to spin it as a positive.
When a poll came out that Biden was underwater in terms of public approval on every major issue except COVID and Unemployment, he claimed those were the two biggest issues Biden had inherited from Trump and that, therefore, they were on a good track. When the formula crisis hit, it was his idea to start using the military to import formula from Europe, and he tweeted about it like it was the most heroic thing since the Berlin Airlift.

Seriously, go read @whcos and you'll understand why Biden and his handlers do what they do so, so much more clearly.

At least they are dressed in full clothing. There is a psycho Woodstock granny around my town who during election time was putting pro Biden and anti trump signs around town in nothing but a pink tutu. Bitches brain probably has more holes then Swiss cheese from all the drugs she took.
