Also there's lots of midgets that have this strange face where you can't really tell if they're 14 or 40 and often then they're neither, somehow even that comes across in that crude drawing.

Lilliput dwarves or midgets. Yeah it's weird. They don't have Spina bifida like other dwarves and their bodies are perfectly proportional - just half the size. It's speculated that they're some sort of genetic throwback to a time when humans were much smaller.

I think Toro is just a manlet tho. The level of anger suggests someone who's physically normal but just lacking (in Toro's case he's lacking in both height and length lol). But the real reason women pass him up would be his blatant narcissism and egotism.

It just gives credence to the idea he's a tiny-dicked manlet irl and the "Barnaby's Harem" thing is just him fantasising about women being with him not for his stature but for the charisma he thinks he has.
