Christ, the guy is fucking dead in the water. He can't even use his legs to swim, he's barely able to do breast strokes then tippy-toes when he reaches the shallow end. Someone needs to teach boogie how to swim. I'm taking a guess that he sped up the video footage by x10 which means he spent over 4 minutes just to make that one lap. One needs to do 30 minutes for any kind of workout and he should've done his warm-up BEFORE swimming.

I'm just waiting for the "Boogie Down 550" cutaway that always happens where Boogie just stops sharing information, or makes passive claims on Twitter when people ask him about it, much like the supposed girlfriend that now hasn't been on camera for near 6 months despite Boogie claiming that they are still in an on-and-off relationship.
His enthusiasm ends the very minute that the dopamine rush ends from the spotlight of being a fat guy trying to lose weight. Because the follow-up to that is getting asspats from having actually started to lose visible weight, which you know, takes a lot more effort. Hence why Boogie is perpetually stopping and starting diets, he craves the attention at the path of least effort.

Id take that video more seriously if it was 6 months out, he lost some weight, and has some videos showing his raw progress, no obfuscation or lies. He may have an ounce more accountability in this one, but he's still doing the same thing he always does - He gets all gungho about some changes in his life and jumps the gun bragging how he's changed and a new person only for it to crumble after a month or so. He wants that affirmation so badly and can't wait or be bothered to put in the work to get it.

Also can you imagine finishing up your workout and watching this thing waddle in the door and through the main area with a Macdonalds cup filled with ice water (and the remains of a family sized meal in his beard) just to have him turn on his phone and immediately start telling a lie about being approached by an adoring fan?
