This is basically an easy way to tell if somebody is a bulimic or not.
He has expressed insecurity about his stomach before and he also seems to have a fetish for boy stomachs.
Also this would kind of explain some of his face puffiness because most bulimics tend to have more puffiness in their face from constantly puking. And most bullemics are actually at a somewhat average or slightly overweight weight.

Many bulimics don’t have this. Some people prefer to use an object, like the end of a toothbrush, to purge and some can induce vomiting by coughing. We don’t really know how frequently he purges, a mild bulimic could hide it very well.
Some of the visible symptoms that people on here used to suggest stimulant abuse might actually be from purging, like the popped blood vessels in the eyes and having a runny nose.
