I think it’s telling that she didn’t say how the “super deep wound” happened. A normal person would have A) not be concerned with grifting while “currently sobbing from a hospital bed. B) would have said “I’m an idiot and cut my hand while deseeding an avocado” or something of the like if they really felt the need to post. Also it’s not like Luna will miss a weeks worth of waitressing shifts unpaid while mystery wound heals. Why does she need cash donations for “aftercare” ? 🤨

She probably just cut herself by accident and is telling people on Instagram that she self harmed in order to get money and asspats. Lurch could be totally oblivious to that fact.

As someone who used to cut themselves No one would cut themselves on accident in a spot like that. That's deliberate. She probably used something newer and sharper than she's used to (and was also probably higher than a kite) and it went deeper than she thought it was going to. Lurch's braindead grandpa ass probably bought her lie that it was an accident.
