I had another look at the map of the place. My best guess is that whoever took the picture took it from across the lot, in the parking lot of the UPS store, probably from inside their own car.

If he ignores a drama situation, especially if its potentially financially and/or ego damaging to Phil which Kat being a fat ugly whale now definitely is, it's probably real.

If he goes into a mentally ill detractor or some kind of "I need to protect my family!" rant, it's almost certainly real.

If he blathers on how wrong detractors are and is genuinely snortling about it, it's fake (or something he doesn't care about, which shouldn't be applicable here).

It was first posted in December 2017, he had broken up with Leanna and just hooked up with Kat. In the mall photo the woman's hair is quite long, but in that Nier stream disaster when Leanna roasted Phil her hair is shoulder length and had been even shorter for awhile leading upto that.

Kat's hair in her old Youtube streams is dyed dark and is super long. It is definitely Kat in that mall photo.

It is not Kat in the mall photo. We know Kat's hair was red in December 2017 from the Christmas pictures. The mall image is an old picture of Phil and Panda. Kat does not have the slender build Panda had, and Phil would have not taken her to the mall where Panda was working at the time.

I remember this because there was never a picture of Phil and Kat in the wild until today. However the gait of Phil in the mall was one of the first things I saw in the DSPverse.

I support your detective work I just wanted to add my two cents to try and help keep the timeline straight.
