They're so utterly obsessed with the concept of gender (and amusingly, binary thinking) that they follow "I don't like myself/I'm not happy enough/I feel depressed" with "it must be my gender's wrong" as if "me = male = sad" and "me = female = happy" are the two completely connected states of being available in the world. Since they're almost always narcissists they naturally assume that everyone else is similarly obsessed with gender and thinks the same way only is too stupid to recognize the complex brilliance of simply switching to the opposite more euphoric gender.

They never even bother with recognizing the incoherent nature of saying that both gender is socially constructed and a spectrum and their insistence that gender operates entirely as a concrete binary you can swap any time through sheer will of performance.

Kevin mentioned him in passing and people made fun of him, and so he responded to the thread on Twitter. Then he was the one responsible for the first am hole pictures.
